Jumping World, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, is a trampoline park designed for children's entertainment. However, recent customer reviews indicate significant concerns regarding customer service, management, and facility conditions.

One customer reported a highly negative experience with a birthday party, citing rude and unhelpful staff, particularly the party host. The customer complained about the host's "attitude," lack of assistance, and inattentiveness. They also mentioned issues with malfunctioning equipment, such as a ticket machine that failed to dispense the correct number of tickets, and being charged for drinks they did not receive.

The facility was also described as "extremely hot," adding to the discomfort of the experience. The overall sentiment was one of disappointment, with the customer expressing a desire to give zero stars and vowing never to return. They also mentioned planning a separate outing to compensate for the poor birthday party experience.

Another customer noted that while the venue is a "nice place for the kids to have fun," there are issues with adult behavior. They reported that parents are monopolizing the basketball game area, preventing children from playing. This highlights a lack of supervision and enforcement of rules.

The staff is also criticized for being primarily teenagers, with customers suggesting the need for "at least couple of adults managers" to provide better supervision and address issues. This indicates a perceived lack of mature and responsible management.

Key concerns noted by customers:

  • Rude and unhelpful staff.
  • Lack of attentive management.
  • Malfunctioning equipment.
  • Overly hot facility.
  • Adults monopolizing children's activities.
  • Lack of adult supervision.

Jumping World in Houston offers a place for children to enjoy trampoline activities. However, potential visitors should be aware of the reported issues with customer service, management, and facility conditions. The lack of adult supervision and the presence of rude staff may detract from the overall experience.

$400 for a birthday party for 12 kids. That would have been fine, but the "host" had an attitude about us coming in a little early to set up, talking crap under her breath. She had the worst attitude. I had to go over to the counter multiple times, where she was laying her head down on it, chatting to the people behind it, to ask her for our passes to the activities, as well as the game cards. It was extremely hot in the facility. They tried to charge me for drinks that they forgot to give us. One of the machines ran out of digital tickets, so my daughter only got one ticket out of fifteen. Don't know how that's possible. It was honestly a terrible experience for a very expensive birthday party. I'd put zero stars if I could. I would never recommend this place to anybody. We will be taking my daughter out for a follow up outing to make up for this event.

Nice place for the kids to have fun but lately grown up parents go into the basketball game without any pass and don’t let the kids play , it’s supposed to be a place for the kids not the parents , also they need at least couple of adults managers all of the staff is teenagers

My kids enjoy coming and jumping around. There's usually a big crowd since it's very popular. The arcade games are not tu bad;some are out of service but most were fun for my kids .

Nice place. The kids loved the trampolines! Had a lot of fun jumping around. Now for the drawbacks... Most of the arcade games either never worked or just ate up money. (But the hosts refunded the charges if you went back to counter and complained.) It was too crowded. Some of party kids didn't feel right to be there in such a crowded indoor space! Since we had already paid for our birthday party, we didn't have another option! They should really pay attention to safety and crowd control.

So this place is low mid, you won’t have fun with kids place is dirty half the rides don’t work don’t recommend I had cool time with staff but outside of that arcade sucks jumping suck holes all over the place with little fixing. The place was empty so if you want to have fun for cheap price just jumping this is the place prices aren’t bad
