Thank you to anna michelle and emily for giving me a great experience at this location. Anna was a great d j, michelle is the black belt. Anna is a great bartender and a great host. Overall, I had an amazing time and will recommend anyone looking for something to do this it the spot. They have knife towing axe throwing and pool tables. Trampolines all over and some arcade games.

My children and I recently visited Jumping World in Pasadena with my young child, and unfortunately, our experience in the 5 and under play area was disappointing. The space did not feel safe or well-maintained for younger children. First, the area was overcrowded with older kids who were not being monitored, making it difficult for the little ones to play safely. There seemed to be a lack of staff supervision to enforce the age restrictions, which led to rough play and safety concerns. Also the staff were a lot of teenagers that smell like weed and we're not doing a good job. When I went to ask for a manager one of the front chicken ladies at the counter, grabbed the manager her name was was very rude and did not know how to speak. I advised her there was a child with a lollipop, jumping and a kid that had a cast I understand it's parents fault and there are waivers that are signed but as a facility, I should feel safe where my kids are. I will not be coming back to this place and it's sad because my kids enjoy the few times that they have been staff are very unprofessional. Additionally, some of the play equipment appeared worn down and not as clean as it should be for a place that caters to young children. Cleanliness and safety should be a top priority, but it didn't seem like these standards were being met. Overall, I was expecting a more enjoyable and safe experience for my child, but we left feeling frustrated. I hope the management takes the necessary steps to improve the supervision, cleanliness, and overall organization of the 5 and under area so that families with small children can have a positive and safe experience in the futur.

We visited on a Monday evening for my son's bday. There were maybe a dozen kids there so my boys enjoyed playing wherever they wanted without waiting. They had a blast and the staff was very helpful!

Our first time celebrating a birthday party here. It was a great experience. Everyone in our party had fun. Our hostess was GREAT! I'll edit her name later ;) We had the standard party, it was good enough for us. Decorations were nice. Thank you jumping world ❣️

Just wanted to come on here and say they are a blessing we came last minute for my sons birthday and they made everything so worth it Ana made sure we were all taken care of 🤍🤍
