Just Jump Trampoline Park Introduce

Welcome to Just Jump Trampoline Park, a fun-filled destination featured in the Theme Park Directory, located at 2304 Silverdale Dr #600, Johnson City, TN 37601, USA. Just Jump Trampoline Park offers a variety of activities centered around trampolines, providing entertainment for kids and adults alike.

According to one positive review, Just Jump Trampoline Park offers "so many things to do for the kids." Adults are allowed in the jumping areas, providing an opportunity for family fun. For those who prefer to observe, there is an upstairs mezzanine with views of the entire facility and big-screen TVs. The facility also offers conveniences such as a change machine, restrooms, and the availability of food, drinks, and snacks for purchase. In addition to trampolines, they have arcade games, claw machines, a hurricane simulator, and a Hologate, suggesting a diverse range of entertainment options. This reviewer found it to be "a great place to bring the kids and not too hard on the wallet."

However, another customer shared a significantly negative experience regarding a birthday party. While they acknowledged that "the jumping was fun," they reported several issues with the party service. These included an unhelpful party attendant who did not assist guests with check-in or explain procedures, failure to offer included parent drinks, not setting up an additional table for extra guests, lack of plates and napkins initially, and minimal interaction or assistance with serving food beyond pizza. The reviewer also mentioned small pizza portions, no water offered, being placed in a hot, crowded public room instead of a private party room, and being overcharged. Attempts to resolve these issues with the manager were reportedly unhelpful.

Based on these reviews, Just Jump Trampoline Park offers the following features and services:

  • Trampoline Jumping Areas: Providing a fun and active experience for children and adults.
  • Upstairs Mezzanine: An area for adults to relax and supervise children, with views of the park and TVs.
  • Arcade Games and Claw Machines: Additional entertainment options beyond trampolines.
  • Hurricane Simulator and Hologate: Potentially unique and engaging attractions.
  • Food, Drinks, and Snacks: Available for purchase on-site.

We took our 8-year-old here on a Saturday and he loved it! There's so many things to do for the kids, and adults are allowed in the areas as well, or you can relax on the upstairs mezzanine and keep an eye on your children anywhere in the building or watch the big screen tvs. They have a change machine, arcade games, claw machines, a hurricane simulator, a Hologate, restrooms, and food, drinks, and snacks are available for purchase. All in all, it's a great place to bring the kids and not too hard on the wallet.

My son had his birthday party here yesterday. I would give zero stars but the jumping was fun. Our party attendant wasn’t helpful at all. My guests didn’t know what to do or where to go when they got here so I had to explain the procedures to them. I had to ask her to help them check in. We weren’t offered the parent drinks included in our package. We added more people to our group and she didn’t set another table. My husband and I had to set it while all the kids waited after they called us up. She didn’t even have plates and napkins for us and later asked if we wanted some. She didn’t talk or interact with anyone. She offered to help serve the pizza but didn’t help serve the fruit, cake or juice boxes. She just stood in the corner the whole time. The pizzas were very small. Most people only got 1 slice. No water was ever offered. We were told we would get a party room for our group but they just took us upstairs to a public room where other people crashed our party. It was so hot upstairs we were all dripping sweat. Not only was the experience bad but they also overcharged us! They took a deposit from me and then charged my husband full price on the day of! I called and explained all of this to the manager and he was not helpful at all. He just said he would talk to our party attendant as well as see if he could figure out why we were overcharged later because he will be off work for the next couple days. I asked if there was anything he could do to help remedy our experience but he said no! We had twenty people at our party and so far have paid $580!! It would have been so much cheaper and had better service if we had just paid for each person to jump and then gone next door for pizza.

We have taken both grandchildren here, ages 2 and 8, both had the absolute best time and enjoyed themselves so much that they want to go all the time. I will say that age appropriate times are a must in my opinion, especially for the toddlers.

They should REALLY consider more black lighting for when they turn out the main lights. I ran my foot into a step and wound up tearing off my whole big toe nail. I am still in a lot of pain, and we went this past Friday. Other than that whole fiasco, it's pretty fun. I like the big air bag and obstacle area. It is kinda small, though, especially the arcade area. I would not recommend anybody to go here in the dark hours until they get more lighting installed. It's way too difficult to navigate safely!

Went with a first grade class field trip the kids got to play 50 minutes then eat lunch the kids riding the bus left when the kids riding with their parents tried to play more they were not allowed the attendant said they only paid for an hour but the parents were charged full price. We ordered a slice of pizza waited 25 minutes and received a tiny piece of horrible pizza. I have taken the kids to the other just jump it was awesome I will never go back to this one if I could give it less than 1 star I would
