Just Jump Trampoline Park Introduce

This introduction to Just Jump Trampoline Park, located at 315 Bristol W Blvd, Bristol, TN 37620, USA, is based on recent customer feedback found online. As a listing in the Theme Park Directory, it is important to note significant recent changes and concerns raised by patrons.

Recent reviews indicate a significant policy change at this Just Jump Trampoline Park location. Children aged six and under are now reportedly banned from jumping in the free jump area, which is described as the largest trampoline section in the facility. The stated reason for this ban is a high number of injuries to younger children caused by larger kids.

Several reviewers express disappointment and frustration with this new policy. They point out that all jumpers are already required to sign liability releases. Some customers believe that the injuries are occurring due to a lack of staff enforcement of existing rules regarding safe play among larger children, rather than being inherent to younger children using the area. One reviewer stated that staff are "allowing larger children to play irresponsibly and dangerously around everyone else."

Concerns have also been raised about the safety of the obstacle course, another large section of the facility. One review describes a "10-ft drop straight to concrete" on two sides with "nothing preventing the kids from going off of the edge," characterizing it as "essentially injuries waiting to happen."

Families with younger children, including those with memberships, are particularly affected by the new policy. One parent with a 3-year-old membership holder reported being repeatedly told they could not jump in the main area, even when it was empty and the parent was supervising and jumping with the child. This has led to consideration of canceling memberships and taking their business elsewhere, as they feel it is unfair to penalize rule-following members due to perceived staff inaction regarding the behavior of older children.

An update from one reviewer included pictures showing an empty large trampoline area where children under six were still not permitted to jump because "big kids are in the building," even if those big kids were not currently in that specific area.

Based on this recent feedback, potential visitors, especially those with children aged six and under, should be aware of the following:

  • Ban on Younger Children: Children aged six and under are reportedly prohibited from using the free jump area, the largest trampoline section.
  • Safety Concerns: Some reviewers have raised concerns about the safety of the obstacle course due to potential falls onto concrete.
  • Staff Enforcement: There are claims that staff are not adequately enforcing safety rules among older children in the free jump area.
  • Impact on Memberships: Families with memberships for younger children are reconsidering their membership due to the restrictions.

No promotional information is available in the provided reviews. Given the significant safety concerns and policy changes reported by recent customers, it is strongly recommended that potential visitors, particularly those with young children, contact Just Jump Trampoline Park directly at (844) 344-5867 or +1 844-344-5867 to inquire about the current policies, safety measures, and whether the reported issues have been addressed before planning a visit.

We will be canceling our membership and I highly recommend that anyone with children under the age of six cancel their membership. Recently, this location has banned children's 6 and under for jumping in the free jump area. The reason given is that too many children were being injured by bigger kids. Every person who jumps on the trampoline is already required to sign liability releases. The only reason kids are getting hurt in the big area is because the staff are not enforcing already existing rules and are allowing larger children to play irresponsibly and dangerously around everyone else. Furthermore, one of the other largest sections of the facility, which is the obstacle course, is essentially injuries waiting to happen. On two sides you're facing a 10-ft drop straight to concrete if the kids go over the edge. There is nothing preventing the kids from going off of the edge. My family has really enjoyed coming here and we're going to be sad to no longer bring the kids here. But if my children are facing penalties about what they can and can't do because the staff aren't doing their jobs and aren't trying to make sure the area stays safe. Then there's no reason for me to keep paying the money.

Recently, this location has banned children ages 6 and under from jumping in the free jump area, which is the largest actual trampoline section in the entire facility. The reason given is that too many children were getting hurt. Every person who jumps on the trampoline is already required to sign liability releases. The only reason kids are getting hurt in the big area is because the staff are not enforcing already existing rules and are allowing larger children to play irresponsibly and dangerously around everyone else. We have a membership for our 3 year old. This entire time she has been allowed to jump in the large free jump area. We went this past Sunday and I paid extra to jump with her. On several occasions throughout the two hours we were there, the open jump area was empty. We tried jumping together on one square and were told every time that we had to leave the area. Try explaining to a 3 year old who has previously been allowed, and had fun doing so, that they can’t jump in the main area of the facility. Seriously considering canceling our membership and taking our business elsewhere. It’s not fair to punish membership holders who follow the rules, especially those whose parents supervise and jump with them. *** UPDATE *** Pictures below are from last weekend. No one in the large pit but under 6 was still not allowed to jump because “big kids are in the building.”

I wish that everything was in a straight line like the JC facility, would make things easier with my small children. I really like the toddler area at this facility compared to JC’s but it’s unfortunate it is in a corner alone. Another thing that really bothered me is that there is nothing separating the two large jumping areas at this facility vs the JC one. There is also an extreme drop in front of the foam pit at this facility which is anxiety inducing and so dangerous. There were several older boys running around crazy the whole time we were here which made our visit with our children pretty much impossible to enjoy. There were several refs watching and not keeping them out of the small children’s areas. They nearly wiped out my 3 year old so many times. They also had the music basically turned all the way down. Really killed the vibe. This facility doesn’t work well for small children unless you plan on sitting in the corner with them the whole time I guess Also, somehow it was over $40 for us to jump for an hour at this location but when we went to Johnson city it was cheaper. Not sure why.

The kids love it. I love the massage chair. It's not such a big place that you loose your kid.

PLEASE READ!!! Up until the last couple of times I would have given this 4-5 stars. My daughter and I use to go here all the time. But the last time we were here we were told she wasn’t allowed on the big area because she was under 6, I spoke to the employee about it and after measuring her they saw she was over 42 inches tall and she was allowed in the larger area. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD - today we were told that she wasn’t allowed in it regardless of height due to safety reasons and the age difference. We could only go to the small area over to the left and to the 6 and under dodgeball area. We went in there and were playing and a “child” he was literally the size of me came in and threw a dodge ball full force and hit her in the face… In an area we were just told we had to stay in due to her being so young. I’m not saying actions were any better because I did promptly pick a dodge ball up and threw one right back in his face. As any protective father would. And had a few choice words for his mother that witnessed the entire thing. We also went up front and spoke to a manager who did try to rectify the situation by making them leave but at that point I was so mad that we left because why should we be limited to such a small area and I have to pay full price for myself to play with my child in a kids area “so she’s safe and away from the larger kids” and then she get hit in the face with a dodge ball by a kid the size of a full grown man. If these BS rules are going to be enforced on small children they need to be enforced on all children. But instead the employees are too worried about making sure there’s not small kids on the big trampolines. We will not be returning at least for a year and a half to where my daughter is old enough to go to the large jump area.
