This place was amazing and clean. The staff was so friendly and the food was reasonably priced and good. My kiddo had a blast. Kudos to the staff who ultimately made this experience great 😇

First impression was this place is crowded but then it was still cold outside so perfect for the kids to play inside, there were lots of fun stuff to keep them occupied for a few hours (2 hrs) tickets. Place was generally clean including restrooms, only issue I had was that the flooring transitions are not marked or colored (highlighted) the kids seem to have a good fun time here. There is also a snack counter and refreshments on sale. Pack your own little bags and don’t forget your socks it’s $3.50 per sock. There were adequate seating and chairs. Nice play for the kiddos to hang out but use more fun activities.

The place was great for my twins birthday party. I enjoyed it all. I only did four stars because I wish the plan offered another pizza as the food really is hard to feed hungry kids. Our attendant Jamila was AMAZING. To the owner, I’m sure you do, but please treasure your hard workers and she is one of them! She deserves a raise. She was accommodating, polite and efficient. I really was glad she made the day go so smoothly.

This shopping center has a big homeless problem and they’ve begun parking outside of this Just Play location with shopping carts and pacing in front of the entrance. One homeless person perched himself on the window the last time we went and was talking to himself while pointing at the kids playing inside. We like coming here, but it feels less and less safe every time we visit.

My kids love coming here to play, and we decided to host a private birthday party for my son (4 yr old). The staff made it so easy and stress free and took care of nearly everything for us. Great service, place was very clean and everyone had a wonderful time. We were so pleased with how everything went!
