KidZania USA Introduce
Welcome to KidZania USA, a unique amusement center listed in our Theme Park Directory, located at 2601 Preston Rd #3011, Frisco, TX 75034, USA. KidZania offers a "super cute" concept where children can engage in role-playing activities in a miniature city designed to resemble real-world establishments.
Environment: KidZania is designed as a miniature city with various "shops" or establishments where children can participate in different roles. The facility is spacious enough to accommodate many children, including multiple school field trip groups. However, one review noted that a significant portion of the attractions ("half of the shops") were shut down during their visit. Another customer mentioned that wait times for activities have been increasing due to higher attendance.
Services: As a featured amusement center in our Theme Park Directory, KidZania provides interactive role-playing experiences for children. For field trips, the ticket price reportedly included a slice of pizza and a small juice box. Staff members are generally described as friendly, with one instance of encouraging a child during an activity being highlighted. However, there was a complaint about understaffing on a busy day, leading to the closure of many attractions and long wait times for the open ones.
Features: The primary feature of KidZania is its wide array of role-playing activities that allow children to experience different jobs and scenarios. Examples mentioned include a construction site course. The concept is geared towards providing educational fun through interactive experiences. However, the number of attractions available to each child during a visit can be limited by long lines and potential closures.
Promotional Information: Ticket prices for a school field trip were reported as $25 per student, including food. Regular ticket prices are understood to be approximately double this amount. Given the potential for closures and long wait times, especially during busy periods like school field trips, it is advisable for local users to inquire about the operational status of attractions and potential crowd levels before purchasing tickets. No other specific promotional information was available in the provided reviews.
In conclusion, KidZania USA in Frisco, TX, as featured in our Theme Park Directory, offers a unique and potentially engaging role-playing experience for children. However, based on recent reviews, visitors should be prepared for the possibility of long wait times, especially during peak periods, and the chance that some attractions may be closed. It is recommended to check the operational status and potential crowd conditions before planning a visit.

The concept of Kidzania is super cute!! I went with my 6 year old's 1st grade field trip. The ticket price for each student was $25 and that included a sliceof pizza and a little juice box drink for the kids. The frustrating thing about the trip was that half of the "shops" were shut down. The day we went there were at least 4 other school field trip groups there so there were A LOT of kids. Our group was there for a little over 3 hours. In that time, the group of kids that I was watching were able to do a total of 2 attractions due to the insanely long lines. From what I understand, the normal ticket prices are about double what we paid. I would have been furious if I had paid $100 for tickets and was able to do two whole things. I can't say that I would even attempt to return. With the amount of children that were there, they should have been able to ensure a fully staffed place. It was frustrating!

This was our third visit to KidZania and it went well. The wait times have increased a little bit more and that is due to more people which is understandable. Our kids, 4 and 8 had a lot of fun with the activities. Staff was friendly and they encouraged my son during the construction site course. I appreciate that kind gesture.

Was so nervous from the reviews because we came from out of state BUT we had an absolute blast! They go throughout the city working jobs earning “kidzo” currency to buy what they want. YES the QR code is essential for the guide but it is posted right before you enter, inside, and the front desk lady mentioned it before we went in. It has the scheduled times of all the activities with ages allowed. My daughter is 1 year and 10 months and my son is 8. She had lots of fun but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to kids 4 or younger only because she didn’t understand the instructions of the activities. She just had fun being there. My only complaint is the toddler area. My daughter didn’t stay long in this area at all because it was very neglected, unsanitary, unkept, and very little for them to do. Those play areas could easily be found somewhere else like a library for cheaper or even free. Other than that, we had an amazing time and I fully recommend going! AND if you have toddlers under 4, do not worry. My daughter still had a blast on all the other activities, again, she just couldn’t understand them. Super worth it!

This place was awesome, everything we read about and more. Some of the stations my kids wanted to see were not currently open. They also seemed to be short on staff on our trip day. I would recommend going on a school day not a weekend so your kids have a chance to do more of the activities they want. We also didn’t know how to plan prior to coming as far as activities and the wait times. It was helpful that they have the schedule posted of upcoming activities. Very clean all around, and good food too. All employees seemed happy and helpful. It is an all around great environment. We were there 5 hours and didn’t see half of it!

I’m giving it 3 stars because, nothing was really open. For it to be a Friday we came at 12 stayed till 5 and we paid the highest price which was first class. Only a few things were open, and it wasn’t crowded thankfully.. The Colgate place was not open the WFAA wasn’t open, Spotify was closed. The bakery was closed, The music studio and the dress up studio was closed. I paid a lot of money to get in this place. The bank was closed. The bathrooms were not up to par.. I do Don’t think we’ll be coming back. The firefighters station where you put out the fire was coming soon, but I had seen videos where they already had it there. It was just a BIG upset.. sorry to be a pain but I expect way more.. especially when I’m paying $21 bucks for a drink and a walk. sorry not sorry
