Kokomo Joe's Family Fun Center Introduce

Welcome to Kokomo Joe's Family Fun Center, located at 4105 N Cloverleaf Dr, St Peters, MO 63376, USA. You can contact them at (636) 447-5656 or +1 636-447-5656.

Kokomo Joe's Family Fun Center, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, offers a variety of activities for families and children. However, customer reviews indicate significant issues with height restrictions, food service, arcade maintenance, and overcrowding.

One of the primary concerns raised by customers is the "outrageous height scale" for attractions. Children of average height may find themselves excluded from both the small kids' area and certain attractions like bumper cars, creating a "height sweet spot" that leaves many children unable to participate. This has resulted in disappointment for families, particularly those with children in this in-between height range.

The food ordering system has also been criticized for its unreliability. Customers have reported receiving inaccurate notifications about food readiness, leading to delays and cold food. Additionally, there have been instances of unprepared staff, such as a server suggesting a customer use their shirt to handle a hot pizza pan, and a lack of basic supplies like plates.

The arcade area has been described as poorly maintained, with numerous broken machines and games that take credits without functioning. This has led to frustration and a sense of wasted money for customers.

Overcrowding is another significant issue, making it difficult to enjoy the attractions. The trampoline area, in particular, has been described as chaotic and potentially dangerous due to a lack of staff enforcement of safety rules.

Overall, customer reviews suggest that Kokomo Joe's Family Fun Center has potential but is currently plagued by significant issues that detract from the overall experience. Potential visitors should be aware of these concerns before planning a visit.

I have a 4 year old grandson. He was super excited to visit this place. While I under height requirements this KJ has an outrageous height scale. My little guy is of average height on the growth chart. He was too tall for the little kids area and too short for bumper cars. I was there on a packed Saturday and while sitting up front noticed 9 kids with the same issue. I sat for about 45 minutes bear the front so I I saw a lot of in and outs. All that was left were games for him. The "height sweet spot" excluded ALOT of kids. The food oder system was horrible. We kept getting notifications that the food was ready when in fact it wasn't even in the oven. The pizza tasted good but the notification and order system was completely messed up. I watched someone's food sit under the in the pickup window for 20 minutes. She never received a text saying it was ready. The lady just happened to check on the food that was already prepared and cold. I witnessed a server tell a customer the pizza pan was hot and maybe he could use his shirt to hold the bottom of the pan. Oh, they also ran out of plates. Walk in patrons and paying birthdays had no paper plates for kids. Totally unacceptable. Sams is 5 minutes away. GO BUY SOME PLATES! It was was waste of time and money for my grandson's first and only trip there. Complete disappointment for him.

I had high hopes for Kokomo Joe’s, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. First off, the place was way overcrowded, making it hard to enjoy any of the attractions. The arcade was full of broken machines, and half the games we tried either didn’t work or took our credits without playing. The trampoline area looked fun, but the staff barely enforced safety rules, which made it feel chaotic and even dangerous. Overall, this place has potential, but unless they improve the customer service, maintenance, and overall cleanliness, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money.

This facility feels new and fresh. They have a great deal for BOGO bowling on Wednesday. Their bowling is a fun, modern experience with an incredibly inviting lounge that connects to the arcade. The arcade itself is medium-sized, with a good (maybe not great) selection of games. But what it lacks in game quality it makes up in prizes. I've been to a lot of arcades and they have a better prize selection than 90% of other facilities. I didn't check out their other attractions, but they look high quality. Definitely check it out if you are looking for some family fun.

Always a fun time here with the kiddos. They absolutely love the trampoline park. So happy they added this a couple years ago! One of our favorite fun spots!

Pretty good selection of games, but quite pricey for a younger age range games. The ones for my son, age 2, were 1.15+ per play. Most of the claw games have a weaker claw clamp, making it significantly harder to win anything ( most players I watched probably 95% didn't win). This is includes shockingly, the only young child dinosaur claw for small pieces of candy, which after 3 tries we got 2 small pieces (the candy needed to be shuffled, you could see the outline in the candy when the dinosaur could grab). But the assorted games were decent. The jumper areas trampoline and jumpers were great! Good cost for the play all day option. The prizes however were very poor selection or required thousands of tickets per. But the amount of money needed for games made it quite expensive due to cost per play. The VR games were $5 a play. My 4 kids, age 2-17, each went through $50 in under 1 hour.
