This is one of the cleanest i have seen. It has enough space for you to set up with some tables if u are having a large reunion or just a blanket for two. They do have picnic tables how ever they are limited. There is a 5 dollar all day fee in this specific entrance you pay at a kiosk. The water is very nice! Not as clear as i expected but again it is in the middle of Grapevine so we get what we get lol

Good place to launch kayaks and paddleboards. It does cost $5 to enter, or you can get a resident season pass for $40. The restrooms were closed, but they had portable toilets.

Beautiful, clean, quiet lake side park. Public restrooms were closed, which was slightly disappointing. You need to purchase a $10 all day pass to enter the park.
