Had my stepson's birthday party here yesterday. I have never been here before yesterday (LOL if you don't count when it was Jeepers), so here is an honest review. Feedback: - Website needs updating. It's outdated. - Communication from beginning to end of booking: Great job, Toni & Matthew. Very responsive and detailed. Wonderful! - Prices: Actual attraction prices are reasonable, but food prices are a little pricey. However, with inflation & all other things to consider, it's to be expected. No biggie. Didn't care for the pizza much but the plain party wings were pretty good. Not sure if they come in different flavors. I don't know if there was an actual menu to order from but it's not listed clearly on the website..... some sliders or chicken tenders would have been nice. - Check-in: Now while I did arrive at 1:42pm (life happens), and was asked to arrive 30 minutes before party start time of 2:00pm, there was a delay with another party. My suggestion would be to have someone else available to do check-in especially when there's no other customers waiting to be helped by the other person at the Front Desk. It took time for the party host AND the front desk person to get this family situated and it wasn't until well after 2pm that the party host was able to walk us to our tables. There were other employees at the Front Desk laughing & joking around that could have been trained to help with check-ins & setup while I was standing there waiting and that was frustrating to be honest. My mom was on crutches....we didn't anticipate the wait.. - We saw the birthday stars (kids' names) on the wall at the entrance, but our kid's name wasn't there.... and we came the day before to pay off our balance and it was the same names, but were told that those names weren't for the parties of that day... - Music/DJ: While that is definitely a nice touch, we were seated right by a speaker. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear ourselves singing "Happy Birthday". :-( - As other reviews have stated, it does look a bit "dated" inside to its entirety. Could definitely use some modernization. Floors & walls need to be touched up. Signage all around (including outside) could use some updating/modernization, too. - Party Host: I didn't even catch her name, but she was AMAZING at helping. She was shared with other parties AND doing other tasks, but she was ON IT! Literally no complaints about her. - Have you ever thought about adding mini bowling lanes?? What about a rewards or membership program? The kids REALLY enjoyed themselves and that was the best part of all of this!!!

A lot of parking Great for birthday parties 2-60 ppl Bring socks My family of 3( bring) $60 on up to eat/1 pitcher of soda Food was good All Staff was nice Cool experience my kiddos said it's not a lot of rides but we had a good time. Laser tag pretty cool room Blow up Bounce slides pretty cool Bumper wheels are pretty cool Spin rides like at the carnival was pretty cool kids loved it They do have a 🛼 skating area

This place was a blast for my kiddos! Food prices are a little too pricy! Wish they had a deal since we purchased the all day FOMO Promo! I also wish that they had more activities that we could do with kids. Laser Tag was fun! Be prepared to pay extra for support/guard rail for your little one to skate! It should be included with the promo because most little kids can not skate yet. They have slides, bumper cars, roller coaster, 360 tumbler, games & even a toddler area with balls for the little ones. There was a DJ there. Otherwise, they would've gotten 5 stars🌟 but the kids enjoyed it & that's all that matters!!!

I was looking for some where to take my children during the summer vacation. Considering how the weather have been scorching, I was looking for something local and indoors. This was the perfect place. It was only 40 minutes from where we live. There is not many rides or activities for the children to enjoy but I will say that there is something for the small children to middle age children. I did see some older teen children, but there is not much catered to them besides the laser tag. The food was pretty good and fresh, so the children were happy. I elected to add on the skate package for myself in which I enjoyed. The floors was a little bumpy making it hard to skate, and the skates were a little worn down but the must was Awesome! Took me back to middle school days. The gentleman there was sweet and allowed my son to use the kid walker for FREE (I was told it was an additional charge). I only provide a three star because the price is TOO HIGH. I could've spent that price going to an actual amusement park. But overall fun times well spent with my children

My grandson had his birthday party here. OMG❣️❣️❣️❣️ The location was clean, customer service was excellent even to the very end. For a moment I forgot I was a grandparent and got lost in the fun. THE RIDES, SKATING RINK, VIRTUAL REALITY SPOT, AND LAZER ROOM ....I could go on and on AMAZING. UNBELIEVABLE 🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰This place is a hidden gem. A diamond in the rough. I encounter the owner several times that evening not knowing she was the owner. She was so pleasant and very welcoming. The staff was so patient and kind to ALL the kids. (I REALLY ADORE AND COMMEND THEM) I know the staff and kids will sleep well.... PS...The music was sooooo good. I dance and sang the entire evening...I'm looking forward to celebrating another grandchild party. Don't Miss Out 😍😍😍😍
