Overall my kid had a great 6th bday party. It’s not a fancy place but enough to do for an hour and then eat. Pizza is thick and decent. Chicken tenders ok. The party attendant was not enthusiastic but got things moving and served the food well. The check in lady was also informative. Go early for the best experience. Also the games are fairly good too but be ready to fill more money. There is a lounge for hanging out. The kids were happy which is the best part.

I had my daughter’s birthday party at here, and I was 100% satisfied. The event host was awesome. Facility was clean. Their new parents/adults lounge was very perfect place for parents to socialize while kids were enjoying their party (Large TVs, many comfortable seats, great music) Pizza and Wings were surprisingly so good, too. Highly recommend to have your kids birthday party here.

A good place to keep kids busy especially on the snow day. Have reasonable good American foods and alcohol for parents Good play space I got two hours ticket and got my value Total spent on lunch drink and tickets for two kids and 1 adult was $120 approximately

Great place: Found Launch (Herndon) back in October 2024. My five year old loves it. It’s a great place when you have a wide range of age groups. It gets busy at times and they still do their best to help everyone, in a timely manner, and with a smile. I always seem to be there when Kyle is working and he’s always great. The adult (quiet) zone is so great. Something all kids play places should have. It is also great that they have nice plush seating for parents around the jump zone. My one big complaint is that the claw game machines are rigged to lose. It’s clear that the grip strength of the claw is set so the prizes are dropped and the kids lose. I know this has nothing to do with the amazing workers. I also know that a lot of arcades companies use this same method to rig to claw machines. My point in mentioning this is just to hopefully save kids from wasting their game credits. My daughter loves Launch so much that I purchased the monthly membership. The membership is definitely worth the money. I have tried many different play places in the Sterling/Herndon/Ashburn area and this is by far the best.

Disappointing Experience I recently visited this venue for a birthday party and, unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. First off, I found it to be too expensive for what it offers, especially considering how small the place is compared to Skyzone. The fun activities were quite limited, and the jump playtime was disappointingly short. Additionally, they have a strict no outside food policy, which was frustrating. There was no guest of honor option for the birthday party, and wall decorations weren't allowed, which really took away from the festive atmosphere To make matters worse, kids' drinks weren't included in the package, and the service left much to be desired. The only redeeming quality was the food, which was good, but it wasn’t enough to justify the cost Overall, I felt it was a waste of money and wouldn’t recommend this place to others looking for a fun and memorable experience.
