Launch Family Entertainment Park Norwood

Had the best time ever celebrating a birthday at Launch Norwood! The entire experience was amazing—from how clean and organized everything was to how fun the party turned out. The staff made sure everything went smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was such a blast, and I’m already looking forward to booking another birthday party here! Highly recommend for anyone looking to host a fun and stress-free celebration.

I have been jumping at Launch since I was 6 years old and the fun never ends. The Employees are amazing, the food is great and the trampolines are extra Bouncy. No offense Sky Zone but I choose Launch over you. Launch is such a fun place to go to and I recommend people of all ages to go (especially kids).

First time coming to Launch and maybe it was the location itself, but I did not have a great first impression. Maybe I will try another location? However, Olivia at the front desk deserves a 5 star review because if it wasn’t for her (and of course my kids wanting to go so bad), I would’ve turned around and went some where else but she was very helpful and friendly when she called me to the counter to help me and told her it was our first time coming and she made the process very simple and easy and explained how everything works there. I am not going to speak on the food they have there because we did not eat there but it did smell good. 3 stars for cleanliness of both trampoline/arcade area and bathrooms and majority of the arcade games being “temporarily out of order”. Trampoline park area is on the smaller/cramped side, falling a part and torn/ripped, an area of the trampoline park needed to be inflated more, and there is not enough places to store your items where you would feel secure leaving your items there nor is it clearly stated where you can put them (if I didn’t ask Olivia, I wouldn’t of known where to put our belongings besides the bare floor). The trampoline park area had a smell to it that I can only describe as one knowing they need to do a deep clean of the carpets and wipe down of all other areas (maybe even replace the dingy foam squares as well?). I saw maybe 1 young worker watching the trampoline park that’s it. The arcade part was very frustrating to deal with because it’s very small already and there were a limited amount of things to do that there were long lines at all the games, 2 player games with only 1 player working and the other out of order, some games would say it is working but when you swipe your card the game doesn’t provide you with the ball you need to play the game. I felt I did not get my money’s worth choosing the basic package they had and majority of their games didn’t work to begin with. The family bathroom could have used a tidying up and air freshening and I can’t speak for the other 2 available bathrooms they have.

Took my kids there this weekend and had a great time. We stayed for a few hours and kids had lunch plus they allow you to stay after your jump time to eat and play the arcade games. Will return again!
