It is frustratingly disappointing when we patronize establishments that are inefficiently and insufficient to create an enjoyable experience in our own community!!! The staff horribly lacked professionalism and communication skills. They had attitudes. Lacked attention. It was very disorganized and poorly managed. The power up machine was inoperable. The food section was filthy and the pizza toppings were cross-contaminated within the containers. The windows were dirty. The tarps were torn on the pita you fell in. I hit the floor after falling from the balance beam, no cushion. The basketball nets for torn or non-existent. The wipeout machine was inoperable. The basketballs for the game were torn. The laser tag only had 7 operable vests and there were 9 of us. I wasted my money because I didn’t play with my group so the kids could play. The staff was slightly rude. One staff member tried to not give my child change, then be told by my child the amount owed while the staff fumbles to calculate the amount on his phone. After 4:30pm in comes the weed crowd. Stifling. All of us don’t want to be high or smell that! We need to change and do better. We have to think about the greater community and take care our own community. Keep it clean. Be respectful. Be courteous. Follow up. Be selfless. Know basic math. And if you have to smoke THAT MUCH, stay home. Don’t stink up the establishment.

Our host Jadon was awesome from beginning to end! He was knowledgeable, attentive, answered all our questions and made my son’s birthday an absolute success! He’s great, he came to check on us several times and kept us aware every step of the way through out the party! It was an absolute joy to have him as our host!! Our entire party had a blast they played, ate good, and then played and jumped some more. We practically had to pull them out the door they had an amazing time and truly enjoyed themselves and all the different attractions! Thanks for all your support Jadon! You were awesome!!

This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We arrived at 7 PM, checked in, and enjoyed the trampolines and games, which were fun. However, the food service completely ruined the experience. We ordered food, including pizza, and waited two hours before it finally arrived, just 10 to 15 minutes before closing. This left us rushing to eat, sing, and cut the birthday cake instead of enjoying the celebration properly. On top of that, several menu items, like milkshakes, were unavailable because we were told the machine wasn’t working. To make things worse, as soon as we got our food, we felt rushed out because they were closing. This was really frustrating, especially for a special occasion. Overall, while the activities were enjoyable, the poor service, long wait times, and lack of available menu options made this a bad experience. I hope management improves their service so future guests don’t have to go through the same.

Launch is such a fun place to come for me and children! We like coming here but it’s clear that they’re lacking the resources to make this place prosper the way it needs to! the customer service is great, but they need better equipment! Shout out to Duane, Lauryn and the staff for being so accommodating, but Launch needs to do better in equipping their establishment!

Granddaughter 8th birthday 🎂 Way better then Dave & Busted Trampoline/Obstacle course it doesn't get better then this.
