Even if I were paid to come back, I wouldn't do so unless they drastically improve their rooms. When I went to Logiquit with a group of friends (total of 5 people), we used the Groupon discount as an incentive. The parking lot is small since it is in Los Angeles and it is shared with many other businesses, but that is just something to be aware about. In our party, we have people who haven't done an escape room before to people who have done 10+ escape rooms and worked on them in the past. We decided to do the CSI/Secret Agent room as that was the room that was on sale. Coming out of the room, I felt like the room was counter-intuitive. When we came went into the room and checked in, our game master told us the rules and assured us that everything would work since the room was low-tech (remember this). We went into the room and immediately noticed that it was a small room that was on the smaller side and wasn't very good for holding 5 people. The decor was also minimal and really needed to be updated. Our game master further explain that to get a clue, we would need to push a button on the wall and a nearby screen would have the clue. When we did press it during the game, there was a delay; at one point, we had to press it 3 times before we received our hint. Several of the puzzles weren't very well done. Without trying to spoil how to do the puzzles I'll do my best at describing the faults. For instance, one of the puzzles required that you break open a lock which I thought was atypical. Another one needed a black light, but the black light wasn't that effective and the writing for which the black light was used was also hard to read. Another one used electricity to open a box; however, the wiring didn't work and it made it so that we wasted several minutes trying to figure it out. It got to the point that we had to use a hint function. After we asked, even the game master had to directly tell us that the box was supposed to open after we finished a puzzle, but it didn't open at all (which I thought was funny since they originally stated that everything would work). In the end, I did mention several of my complaints to the game master and he said that he would take them into account. Although, when we finished the room and were getting ready to leave, another person was standing there with a camera and talked about doing some type of production with the game master. It felt like he just brushed off my complaints as if to get me out the door faster. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place and I have no intention of coming back -- even if they were to pay me to do another room. Sad to say, I felt like this was the 2nd worst room that I have ever done. In fact, after we left, I felt bad for my friend who had to do this escape room as their first experience.

Such a blast when me and 5 friends went and tried LOGIQUIT. It is located in Hollywood so it was so easy. Close to great bars for all of us to go out afterwards. We did two rooms, the CSI + Warehouse. I suggest do the Warehouse first there was a cool surprise! The mazes really were challenging compared to most other escape rooms in LA. Others are only cool for the looks but not for the challenge. MUST GO!!

First time doing an escape room and fell in love! My friends and I were helped by Victor and he was very accommodating. The Warehouse room was challenging but we got out with 7 minutes to spare. Definitely coming back!

We attempted the CSI room. The concept was decent and the host was charming, which accounts for the 2 stars over a 1 star review. Unfortunately, we were stumped twice and needed a hint. Both times we requested hints (via a button on the wall, as directed), there were significant delays with receiving anything.The first delay was approx 10 minutes and the second was around 20 minutes, despite pressing the button numerous times. This was understandably extremely frustrating and took away significantly from the game. When the game concluded, we expressed our frustration. The host pressed the button and it turns out the notification system failed to alert him of our need for a hint. We hung around to explain why we were going to be leaving a negative review and he just agreed that their system was faulty. I would have hoped for better customer service given the fact that this issue ruined the game for us. We paid for 4 individuals, only 2 could make it but an offer to try another room at a discounted rate may have allowed me to rate the experience a little higher.

A group of us went to Logiquit after dinner, many for our first Escape Room experience, and we all really enjoyed it and had so much fun! Big thanks to the Logiquit team for being so accommodating. Great group activity!
