Magic Mountain Fun Center - East

Had a good time. Some of the games were broken & not usable. The prizes for game tickets are cheap & outdated & way too expensive.

This place is great. Its a little dated but that's fine its still one of the best. The old play areas in my opinion are just better. its only 7$ to play at the play area. They have different things also like games , bumper cars, and golf. Pretty cool 😎 👍

Mike from Magic Mountain is the best guy in the world. He lost his phone while fixing their fountain but found it. There was a mix up with our wrist bands that we never initially received but all was mended. Had a great time

We had a birthday party for my grandson 2 yr old party booked at 3 pm we arrived nothing was done no decorations no set up nothing we seen the “Host ‘ For 5 minutes then gone ai had to host the party include pre clean tables high chairs and after ! The place was filthy and a complete hazard the toddler party was upstairs with no blocking of a very steep stair well ( fall hazard ) there was water leaks and puddles of water everywhere black mold in the areas of the party section ! My grandson 2 fell and almost cracked his head on the wet floor after we had asked them to attend to the water upon minutes of arrival the manager was very rude and u professional in every aspect of the word rude ! I can only hope someone takes note of this review and save others from a destructive experience highly disappointed! No compensation offered just unapologetic apologies

Horrible! Had our son’s 2nd bday party here it was so dirty and nasty! There were water leaks in the ceiling and water all over the floor! He fell and almost busted his face open we told the manager when first getting there that the whole floor was soaked he never came and cleaned it and our son ended up falling this place is disgusting and a health hazard it should be shut down! They then refused to refund our money due to us already filling paying a month ahead of time this was by far the worse experience we’ve had! Will never be back here again!
