Overall great experience. The staff were cordial and remained polite and respectful despite the chaos of several large parties going on at once. Despite some lags in receiving all of our ordered food, my family and our friends enjoyed the experience. The event and parties representative made our experience amazing

This has been our best experience so far with all the parties I’ve hosted. Everyone was super nice & helpful. The room & food were very good. I booked at Christmas time & got an amazing deal. 4 hours of play time on everyone’s cards. Just an all around good experience. There were a few little things I had to ask for, but everything was done exceptionally & with a smile. Updated March 2025 Had another party here & had an even better experience this time. There was 2 guys outside on a break & they saw us bringing in tons of party stuff & they offered to help us & they brought 90% of our stuff in for us! I can’t remember what department they worked for entertainment maybe…. Then we needed less tables than what was in the room & they took them all down & moved them out for us. I am sure that’s not in their job description but they did it anyway! I can’t remember our server’s name but she was so sweet & professional & did everything we asked of her & offered to even help us load up our stuff. This place is seriously the best place I have ever used for our parties & I have been doing this for over 20 years!!! Love everything about this place!!!

I brought my son here as a surprise for his 7th birthday! He had the “Best Day” of his life, he said! It was very clean, staff was so friendly. So many things for them to do. Only thing was, I wish the cards could have been on a bracelet of some sort for easier access. I saw one little girl upset because she said she had laid down her all day pass and some one took it as she was playing..great place to take the kids!!

It was my sons 14th Birthday, he wanted to go there and take 5 or 6 of his closet friends. They had a great time. We had the Beachblast for his party, the pizza was great, the hostess was amazing, she kept the drinks refilled and anything we needed. We will be going again.

We love having our birthday party's here! For 3 years we've held them at Malibu Jack's. They have many options to chose from with food and party packages. We changed our food option this year to one of their buffets. Everyone loved the food! The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Checking in with us constantly. We will definitely hold more party's with them!
