it’s actually no longer “mall jump” branding it’s a different company i can’t recall the name of. my daughter has always loved this and it was $7 (reasonable). it has now drastically gone up to $20 per child for 5 mins of jumping, which is insanely overpriced. they don’t even have a shoe rack anymore and the dude working stepped on her fresh white sneakers leaving them scuffed up. don’t think we can justify coming back here anymore… no matter how much fun the kids find it.

Me and my husband came to let our 2&3 year old jump. We waited almost 5 minutes at the counter to be assisted. We weren't greeted nor acknowledged. Finally we asked if she was going to help us at that time the young women looked up rolled her eyes and looked back down. I then asked her name and she said Hindu or something similar. So I addressed her by name and ask is this the way they treat customers while looking down she mumbled something underneath her breath. At this point I felt it was not wise to put my children's safety into her hands so we left. It's sad that this employee does not care enough to do what she was hired to do, her Job! While costing this business money. This is the the young lady in this photo.

We had the worst experience today at the Mall Jump. My little one was waiting so patiently for her turn and the woman working there for sure saw her, we did not know we needed to sign the liability form first even though the very small sign there said we had to. Another woman came and signed her two kids and they just went ahead and did their jump even though we told her that we were there first. The woman working there did not do anything about it. Customer service going wrong and careless people are real!

Our expirence today made us very disgusted. The girl shows up at 11:26 saying it will take her 20 mins to open. Ok understandable but I have a son on the spectrum that is very impatient and we walked around the mall waiting for her to be ready. We show back up with a line formed. This caused my son to have a meltdown causing us to have to leave. If she were open Ontime this wouldnt have been a issue. My son loves the mall jump but this expirence has me not wanting to come back at all. Sorry it had to be like this. Im really not pleased.
