The perfect spot for toddlers and kids! 🤩 I’ve been there 2 times and my toddler always want to stay longer. The concept is fun but also safe for them, as parents you have visibility of all areas and that makes your visit comfortable and enjoyable. Materials, designs, toys, etc. are all high quality. Also the price is affordable. Definitely our new spot to escape the routine with kids!

My 18mo absolutely loved this place! We've gone to a similar establishment in Cypress and much prefer this one! The amazing owners are constantly sanitizing and organizing, and you can see your child clearly in all of the fun little houses (no blind spots). Bathrooms are excellently set up with hooks for bags, roomy changing tables, secure seats for toddlers, and even child-size toilet seats! Pack snacks and water for your kiddo, grab a coffee for yourself from the place in the same strip of stores, and go enjoy a fun few hours! We'll be buying a year pass next visit and planning a birthday party soon!

First, the good... I love the play space itself for my toddler. It has similar vibes to Play St. Museum but I find it a little less overwhelming and I like the open floor plan so I can keep an eye on my son better. I can still have a chat with a friend at the tables in the center and see him in all the play areas. I love that there is a slide incorporated to keep active kids happy some learning screens for educational purposes. The space is clean. Now for the things I'm bummed about. They had been offering a yearly membership and a few of my Mom friends got it so I wanted to purchase that too so we could go together. I hadn't gotten to come in because my toddler had been ill but the next week that we were able to to go in to play and purchase, we were told they were doing away with it. Not the end of the world, but still irritating. Another complaint I will make is we've been told that they will no longer be allowing food/snacks inside the building. Pretty sure most people visiting this establishment will have children in the age group of 1 to 5 years old. Generally these ages need snacks (constantly) so not having a place designated to be able to give them to our kids is ridiculous. I can definitely understand not allowing it in the play areas or even the tables in the center. We will likely still visit on occasion, but the snack rule really does put a damper on paying to visit and have to leave in order to feed my child a snack.

Mapletown is a perfect indoor play place for all of your little ones. It’s very clean and organized. The staff is amazing and all of the different play areas are beautiful and have so many different things for imaginative play. There’s space for crawlers and bigger kids. There is also seating area for parents, which you don’t usually get at places like these. Come check it out!!

What an amzing place to bring the young ones. Clean, organized, beautifully decorated, friendly staff. We celebrated our daughter 3rd birthday and it was the perfect choice. Highly recommend it. Plus Alex was so helpful even going above and beyond helping us putting up decorations!
