Mastermind Escape Games Atlanta

It was a pretty fun room (we did Lost in Time). The ONLY reason it's a 4 instead of 5 is because with a big group, it didn't feel as challenging as I felt it should have been for the price. We paid over $60 for 2, but we only played for about 25 mins. I mean, we were super smart, but it didn't feel like it was completely worth it.

Went to Mastermind with a group of friends for a celebration. This was my first escape room experience. The entrance/reception area was bright, clean and nicely decorated. They had snacks and t-shirts for sale, and pictures of your experience were priced very reasonably. Our game room host was nice and explained the rules. She was also there to give us a little help if needed. I just feel they kinda made it too difficult. Just thrown in a room with no clues, so you just start searching for something. lol! The theme was thought out, but a few things felt like if you didn’t ask for help you wouldn’t have figure it out. It was fun though working together with friends. For my first escape room it was good, but if they brought the difficulty level down a notch or two from “The Mentalist” levels 😂 it would push the rating up that extra star. It was a good time though.

While Mastermind Escape Games in Atlanta offers an enjoyable experience, it’s not without its drawbacks. Some of the puzzles, while interesting, felt a bit too challenging without enough clues or guidance, which made the experience frustrating at times. The rooms, although well-themed, could benefit from some updates or improvements in terms of maintenance. Additionally, the pricing felt a bit steep compared to other escape room venues in the area, which could make it less appealing for repeat visits. It’s still fun for a first-time experience, but there are areas that could be enhanced for a better overall visit.

We found a deal on Groupon to check this escape room out and it was fun! Located in the back of an industrial park, you'd almost think you were in the wrong place. A small waiting room leads to your adventure. The roo. We got to do was a lot of fun. 1 main room with multiple rooms attached, this escape room was dynamic, had enough puzzles for everyone to work on, and just enough extras to keep you on your toes!

We had an amazing time at Mastermind Escape Games Atlanta! Even though we didn’t escape on our first try, the experience was so much fun. Our guide, TJ, was fantastic—super patient and helpful. Gabby at the front desk was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed before starting. If you’re looking for a fun indoor event on a cold and/or rainy day, this place is the spot!
