Mastermind Room Escape - St. Charles

Carter was outstanding. We had three children under 10 in our group and Carter was patient and kind when working with them. We did the Home Alone escape and it was exciting. Although there were a few hiccups with equipment Carter was accommodating and did his best to remedy the situation. We had a blast and managed to ESCAPE!!! Highly recommend this location and we will be back!

7 high school friends from the 80’s got together and had a BLAST in this room!! Highly recommend!! Jennie was an absolute gem with instructions - and helpful with our ONLY clue we needed 😆✅ Got out with 8 minutes left!!

My son(adult) and grandsons age 14 and 9 were my team. They had so much fun and watching them figure things out was awesome! Kind, patient, helpful(we needed clues!) Would recommend and will return.

We have being in 2 (Grinch and Elf) as a family and the experience is great. It created for sure good memories as a family. My son turned 10 and he asked this for celebration with the family. Space is great, puzzles and clues make you think and laugh. Most importantly people there are always willing to help you have a good time and make the experience the best possible. They show as much excitement as the whole family to solve the clues. Will be there again.

Fantastic! I’m not typically a fan of escape rooms but had to give this a try with their Home Alone room. Four adults and 4 kids (9-13) and we were able escape with 3 min to go. All of the clues were well done and they did a great job tying in the Home Alone scenes. It’s in a random office building strip, the staff was great! You get 3 clues from your game master if you want, and communicate to them using a walkie talkie they give you. We had a fan in our room which is nice to keep air flowing when there’s 8 of you in one room and you are frantic trying to solve puzzles. We got a QR code for 10 percent off the next visit. Not sure if they do that all the time but they did it for us on New Years Eve.
