We had a lot of fun here and the ladies were great running it. My only complaint is how they treated my service dog. At first they tried to tell me he would have to go in a stroller or something and couldn't be lose in the room because he would get hair in it. Then they wanted me to go put him in the room by himself well we finished getting ready so other guests wouldn't have to be around him. I of course, did neither and tried to explain to them how that's not legal and my service dog is considered medical equipment which does not leave my side. Although they were very hesitant and a bit combative at first, I believe they were able to see by his behavior he was a real service dog and they softened up quickly allowing us to enjoy our time like everyone else. I do hope they educate themselves on the ada laws and regulations (which are federal law) so no one else has to be made to feel the way I was at first. Definitely recommend trying them out otherwise.

My brother and I are grown children.. we came here with our mom as a fun, rare outing together and had the best time! The people working there know their stuff and are friendly and attentive. It's quite different from some of my Helen Experiences in the best way possible. Will definitely be back for a different room next time my gal pals visit!

Our Game Master was Laura and we had such an amazing time! It was a ton of fun. We did the Clue themed room, and it was set up very well. I felt that Laura knew exactly when to give us clues—she was able to nudge us in the right direction without over-cluing us and taking away the fun, but she didn’t let us stand around stumped until we weren’t having fun anymore. I would love to try out their other rooms!

I’ve never done an escape room before so going in I was pretty apprehensive. But the general process was explained to us before going in by the welcoming and friendly staff which helped to calm my nerves! We had so much fun, I forgot there was even a timer by the time we finished! It was an incredibly immersive and creative experience and we can’t wait to try again! Matt was very encouraging and incredibly helpful even despite our lack of progress at times, we can’t wait to come back!

We stopped in on the last day of our anniversary weekend because it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. Laura was the perfect host! I can definitely see us coming again and trying a different room when we return next year for our anniversary!!
