Monkey Joe's

I visited Monkey Joe’s on a Friday and had such a wonderful experience! The facility was spacious, clean, and filled with a variety of fun inflatables that kept the kids entertained for hours. I want to especially highlight Lulu, who went above and beyond to make our visit special. My 2-year-old twins were hesitant to go down the slide, and Lulu was so kind and patient in helping them feel comfortable and encouraging them to try it. Lulu’s friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly made our visit memorable. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. I will absolutely be returning in the future, and I’m already considering hosting a birthday party here!

Nice place to take the kids to have some fun. The inflatables are really fun and so is the toddler area. Unfortunately, not a lot of prizes to wine in here

Me and my kids had a WONDERFUL time here! The pizza was delicious, the place was clean, the staff was kind and interacted with me and my children. I had an issue with one of the game machines and the manager, Irene, was VERY kind and came out and helped us! My kids want to have their birthday parties here and after checking the prices for a jumping place they really aren't too bad. Bought a frequent jumper pass so we'll definitely be back soon!

We had fun and the customer service was good but I had a few concerns. Unlike other similar play related businesses there isn't a barrier to prevent kids running to the front door. There was a very accessible emergency exit door that staff were using without a key or anything but the emergency alarm wasn't going off. Also, the rod that locks that same door was just leaning against the wall next to the door and didn't seem safe. The inflatables were in rough shape in places. Also, behind the inflatables was at best blocked by milk crates. Just felt like a lot of areas and crevices kids could hide in that wouldn't be safe. Some areas had cords on the ground that weren't securely covered or taped. On a positive note the men's rest room was very clean.

Terrible location. My kids have enjoyed the Westheimer location, but this one is poorly managed and not well maintained at all. We got $50 in game cards, only to realize the majority of games were either broken or turned off. Of course, when I asked for a partial refund, they let me know “no refunds”. Also their ticket exchange selection is virtually empty and their machines are dirty.
