Mt. Olympus - Buildings 26,27,28

Rooms in building 28 were not as good as what the pictures showed when booking. The AC did not work either - just blew warm air. The rooms are non-refundable, but were so bad and uncomfortable that we just ended up packing up and staying elsewhere.

Ehh...It was much better than the last time we stayed, but there are still improvements to be made at this place. First, the staff was much better than the first time we were here. They acted like we existed and wanted our business. TV cable didn't work very well until our last night there. The water pressure was good until the weekend came along. We stayed at their updated waterpark this time instead of having to go to another because of horrible parking. They improved on that issue too because the lots looked bigger this time.

Brought the family here for the first time, hopefully to enjoy an end of summer trip. The room was very basic, run down and dirty. Painted on head boards, no dresser, and vinyl floors. Night time you felt concerned for safety, with the smell of illegal drugs outside my room door and yelling in the parking lot. I feel this will be the last time I come to the Dells. The resort manager was very rude and refused to give us a refund even though we felt unsafe. Never again! Do not got to this crack house resort!!!!

Honestly the rooms are over priced for what you get. I believe you would be better off getting a room at best Western or motels 6 rather than pay for the over priced and basic accommodations you get here. The ads are extremely misleading if you don't read the fine print. The room was not even close to what the agent told me I was getting. The "all inclusive" they promise is simply nothing more than a scam to make you pay for the over priced room thinking you will get easy access to food and pop when they have one place to get these items and you will stand in line for over an hour and receive what I can best decribe as 1 slice of frozen pizza and yes you only get 1 slice then have to go stand in line again for another hour if you want more. There is no place to get pop other than one building and they give you a 8 oz plastic cup to use but can only get pop if you go to the one station off the beaten path. So in order to get any food or pop you have to walk completely out of the way and spend an hour in line. I had always wanted to bring my family here for vacation and I now feel it was the worst vacation we have ever had in the Dells and I will never stay here again and will warn everyone to avoid this place at all cost.
