This place was unique in a lot of ways. A lot of different options to accommodate many different family or party sizes. The amount of amenities available make it worth the cost. We stayed in a treehouse bunk. The property is kept clean and the staff had great customer service. I absolutely loved that they're offering tickets to timbivati for free this year in 2024. The nature scape is unique and worth another visit. However the food and drinks offered here remind me of florida prices. A standard bloody mary was 14.00 😬 overall I would be interested in staying again maybe with my older girls.

Stayed over weekend at Aloha. Rooms okay. Mostly clean. However, all the inflatables in water for kids were covered in bird poop. They sat empty and unused by all guests and were not cleaned our entire stay. We were told to check out their newly opened Natura park instead. Despite being sold as included in stay they wanted $15 for parking and $100 for chair with umbrella. Will definitely not ever return.

Great variety of animals and very nice grounds. Was disappointed that educational shows were few and far between. One giraffe, with all the people made it difficult to feed one. There used to be 3 of them. Years ago, it was a very nice place, and I loved it! Won't bother coming back again.
