Niceville Children's Park

Took my 5 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Splash pad was closed because we were there in November but it looked nice. Playground was big and well maintained. Nicely laid out to have activities for young kids as you first walk through gate to the older kids further back. It is all fenced in and has someone working there to assist with anything needed. Will definitely return.

Update: 2022 summer Nice facility and staff but the hours are annoying. The only public children park we ever seen to close Mondays/Tuesdays. During storm seasons like now, it may close everyday. We were told to follow their Facebook page to get most current updates but the info was not really reliable. 2021 Very clean and well maintained playground. Lots of fun!

Summer Fun. Great place to have lunch and enjoy the splash pad or the dry part of the park if you don't want to get wet. There are place to eat in the shade and tons of tables and seating area. You need to reserve areas if you would to have a party 🎉. Overall, great location and very clean 🧼. Friendly family environment.

Two of my grandchildren, my husband and I spent some time at the Niceville Children's Park today. It's a fantastic free park, for children 12 years old and younger. It's clean, well-maintained (except for the gate to the Splash Pad which drags on the sidewalk and won't open completely), and has well-stocked bathrooms. Parents or gardians must stay at the park with their children, according to the rules. There are picnic tables with umbrellas, for adults to sit in the shade while watching the children play. Note: No one was in the ladies restroom, with me, when I took a picture to show how clean and freshly painted it is. Recommended!

Pretty much the only place within 20 miles that has splash pad and playground. We take our 5 year old here frequently for a few hours to burn energy off. Playground is fully closed in so kids are safe and seems well maintained.
