Nickelodeon Universe

We had a blast. Perfect quick stop on the way to the airport. They had large lockers available for a reasonable price, right at the blue line train stop, which is attached to the Mall. They have an excellent family coaster that's not intense at all, and the coaster is super long. They also have a fantastic themed log flume. We did the BOGO deal, so it was incredible value to spend a few hours.

I recently visited Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America, and while I didn’t go on any of the rides myself, they looked like a blast! From what I saw, there’s a great variety of attractions that would keep kids entertained for hours—my daughter would absolutely love it here. One big plus was that there weren’t any lines during my visit, but I was there late in the evening and early in the morning, so I can’t speak to how it might be during peak hours. Still, the park was clean, colorful, and inviting, with a layout that makes it easy to navigate. Overall, while I didn’t personally experience the rides, I’d highly recommend Nickelodeon Universe as a must-see for families with kids who enjoy thrilling rides and fun character-themed attractions. It’s definitely a place I’d return to with my daughter for a full day of excitement!

The Mall of America's amusement park is a wonderful place. It makes me wish I had children again so I could bring them. The roller coaster, log ride, Ferris wheel, and other attractions are excellent. The LEGO exhibits are truly remarkable.

This is the amusement park inside The Mall of America. Obviously it is Nickelodeon themed so you see characters like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or SpongeBob associated with rides. There are a few roller coasters and thrill rides and additionally there are rides for smaller kids too. During my visit there was no wait to get on any of the rides, it was not very crowded so it was easy to navigate, and the staff was mostly nice. They have ticket booths just outside the park area so purchasing was easy and there was no wait. Since it is in the mall, you can also knock out some shopping and your meal/snack options are vastly greater, and cheaper than most other theme parks. Why did I deduct a star? For the price of admission, I could have went to an outdoor park with a lot more rides and still had money leftover so the pricing, in my opinion seems a little high. They also have rides in or around the park that are not part of the admission which creates confusion for attendees. Other than that, it is a good place to spend some time with kids. I would recommend going if you are going to be in the Twin Cities area.

It was such a nice visit. There was a band and people were dancing out on the dance floor. We walked around for about 3 1/2 hours. We went back the next morning for coffee! Hotels all around the Mall within walking distance
