A lot of great games, and some cool pinball tables too, but a lot of games were constantly not counting tokens, not giving out tickets, even the ticket eater wasn't working properly we found out after my sister in law had fed in quite a bit of her tickets. I definitely want to come back here again but I hope things work better when I come back! It's perfectly acceptable to put a sign on a non working game instead of taking people's money. Check the video, each ticket is worth 5, and we definitely put more than 15 into that feeder.

Manager Diana was very aggressive with me combative with my teen daughter. I asked her to let the table down so I can set up for my party that was arriving shortly. She helped everyone that were coming in after me, even though I was the first to arrive & booked/paid for my party last year. The set up ran into our party time so we really didn’t get use the table. Once she got done giving me the third degree we only had thirty minutes left to use the table & we had to rush everything. The birthday girl didn’t get to open her gifts. I asked for someone above her, and I was so shocked at her behavior and bad customer service. She told me that there was no one above her that I could talk to & she also gave me a false name. Her customer service was so bad I called another location to ask for the manager because I was just in disbelief that she could be the manager with an nasty attitude and aggressiveness like that & they gave me her real name! Horrible manager. Pros: location is beautiful & lots of fun for both the kids and the parents the little time we could enjoy.

A lot of there machines do not work and they also didn’t have that big of a selection for the prizes. When you tell the staff that the machines are down they say they can’t fix them and give you what you spend on the game just to go to another game and it not dispense the tickets 😮‍💨 played a couple of games where buttons were broke or games not functioning properly.

Took my daughter to this location for a fun day out and was seriously disappointed. About 60% of the games we tried had coin slots that were either taped over, jammed or not registering on the game when interesting coins. Even when we sat down on a two player game we could play together, it eventually ceased to operate altogether. After growing up and having a blast with friends at the original location next to Salis and the old UA8, I feel that age didn't do this business any favors. I felt pretty bad for those throwing parties there. Tons of disappointed kids could be heard going through the same frustrations.I'll try out the original location next time but I can confirm you should avoid this one altogether.

Pretty cool place! Went for a birthday party and we all had loads of fun. Thankfully it was not overrun with lots of loud, rude little kids like most places of this sort. Looking forward to going again
