Ninja Kidz Trampoline Park

My little one loves the Ninja Kidz show on YouTube, so we came to Dallas just to bring her to this gym. She had a blast! I bought the all-day pass, and we spent 5 hours there, leaving to eat and then coming back for more jumping. It was very affordable.

This was our first time here, and it was fantastic! We drove from Louisiana for my 8-year-old's birthday. She loved it! The only issue was that some of the snacks were expired. The owner immediately reached out after we were surveyed and offered us another snack and a Ninja Kidz shirt. I noticed the expired snacks were removed, too. Excellent service!

We come here often. The membership is totally worth it! It's a fun place with lots of different activities for kids.

Ethan at the snack bar is amazing! He's friendly, positive, and makes everyone feel welcome. He knows the menu well and is efficient, even when it's busy. He also keeps the snack bar clean and organized. He clearly cares about his work and the customers. Kudos to him!

I brought my two grandsons here on a Saturday and signed them up for a membership. Best decision ever! We came back two days later for free, and they had another great time! I'm looking forward to bringing them back many more times. My grandsons LOVE this place! The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Ninja Kidz is a fun place, but it can get crowded, especially on weekends. The prices are reasonable, and there's a lot to do.

This was me and my son’s first time here. The staff are friendly and attentive to the kids . Seating is a bit limited and they could really use more stalls in the bathroom. The pricing is fair and affordable event the monthly membership. Caleb, was polite, patient, friendly and courteous.

I had a really positive experience worth sharing with the owner of Ninja Kidz! Im amazed at how quick he responded to my concern. Quick and compassionate responses like that are the bread&butter that make businesses stand out. He immediately addressed my concern after having my daughters birthday party. That level of customer service is something to be praised, especially when it’s clear he values solutions and customer satisfaction. This leaves a positive lasting impression.
