Customer Reviews

We had our first experience on 03/12/24 and it will be our last. My daughter and I paid $80 for the 7pm train. The train only left at 7:45 and lasted about 40 minutes. It was a ride where you couldn't see anything outside. Inside the train, the decor was very boring. The artists were singing and dancing in very boring clothes. Santa's wig was all messed up. The hot chocolate served with 5 minutes left on the train was cold and only had 1 finger of cold chocolate. How absurd is this? We live in America! Improve your appearance, decorations, and deliver real hot chocolate!

The santa picture was included in the ticket and it was a quick process and good quality plus santa talks to them a little about what they want for christmas. I wish that santa was on our train cuz the santa and Mrs clause we had were not it...my kids were so confused asking me which one is the real santa because it did not even look like santa it looked like an elf in a santa hat. Everything else was great my kids loved the singing elves! They interacted with them giving high fives and super energetic and actually really great singers! Elves were 10 out of 10 the best part of this experience. If anyone knows the elves on the 1pm train 1808 on Thursday the 19th.. please give them a raise because they were all in!

Be careful of scammers selling tickets. As we were scammed. I've been trying to get tickets for years but always sell out really fast. Even when they give you a window to purchase your tickets. It's very frustrating. So that leads to finding resale tickets. That leads to being scammed. Besides that, the staff really felt bad for us and other families and were able to get us on the waiting list. We got to experience it for the 1st time, finally!!! Thanks to the staff for being understanding of this situation. You guys rock!!

Our family had a great time. Took my mother who uses a walker for support when walking, they were so kind and walk us to our seats before the line started moving . Line at the picture area moved pretty fast, we got some great memory pictures.

This is NOT the Polar Expess!! We went a few ago & loved it!! We wanted to go back so our youngest could experience the fun. So we went last night. It was HORRIBLE! Our 4yo was was bored! You wait in line and two elves come out and give some story about the bell. 1st- you could not see them unless you were an adult, 2nd- it lacked in animated fun! Not magical experience. The train was nicely decorated. However, all the fun magic of dancing funny elves, GONE! It is a Sing-a-long train ride. Low energy, could barely hear the music. My 4 kids got off the train upset! I can't believe I didn't catch the name change. Grapevine, I know you could do better!
