Just had my son's 2nd birthday party here with 12 other kids. The team here did an incredible job putting everything together, especially the decorating. The planning process was great and it's excellent as well that they have their own gift store and you can make a registry. Plus they even offer a store discount and wrap the gifts for guests making it easier for everyone! Highly recommend to anyone thinking of having their child's birthday party here, all the kids had a blast

I just had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party here yesterday, and couldn’t be happier! We had a 2nd rodeo theme and the staff did such a beautiful job! From the decorations, to all the attention to little details, everything was perfect! We started with the birthday bash where they do music, dancing, and bubbles. The entertainer was great! After that we went into the play area. The play area was truly tailored to a wide range of ages, from babies up until 7-8 years old! Everything was so well kept and clean! Every kid had a blast! After, we went into the party room, that was beautifully decorated, for food and cake! The staff were so attentive, kind, and helpful! They truly went above and beyond! Nothing was left undone! And at the end all the gifts, leftover food, and balloons they gave were packaged nicely right at the door for us. Everyone kept raving about it all! The kids truly had the best time! I would definitely have another party here and will recommend it to everyone! It was so nice I didn't have to worry about a single thing! Thank you Once Upon a Treetop for making my daughter’s birthday so special!

The perfect party for our little girl. They ladies took care of every aspect of our day. Everything was timed perfectly and everyone was happy and attentive. They organized our characters times perfectly and the piñata was a hit. Also the stuff a character is a must lol. Thank you for making my little girls day a little more magical.

I had my son's 2nd birthday here on Sunday and I recommend this venue highly! We had 22 kids and 37 adults. We purchased the big event package, the birthday bash and the Elmo character appearance. The pricing was very fair and competitive - I looked at a few places and I am pleased with my choice. We also ordered food for the adults which was delicious. The team is highly organized, courteous and professional and accommodating to all requests. The crowd seemed large, but everything was streamlined so everyone was comfortable. My guests were impressed and all the kids had a blast. I could not have asked for a better party for my son, without the cleanup! I really made a good choice with this place and I hope you do the same.

We had our daughter’s first birthday party here yesterday and it was incredible. This place is ran like a well oiled machine. I read the previous reviews regarding how poorly this place was ran, however, after discussing with my friends who’ve been here, they encouraged me to book. I’m so happy I listened to people I know and not some stranger on the internet. I understand how people felt “rushed” during eating but this is a business that holds multiple parties and they need to keep things on schedule. Bailey was our party leader and she was awesome. The other 2 assistants, Chris and Kier were just as helpful. The room was set up perfectly and they made sure to keep the party moving. The 2 women at the front desk/reception area were an absolute pleasure to work with. Also, shoutout to Janine and Marissa for matching our vision. The place is clean from corner to corner. We can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re thinking about booking your birthday party here, DO IT.
