Orlando Ticket Connection

I purchased tickets the night before (Monday night) for Busch Gardens. Received confirmation but not my tickets. I have called the customer service line to only have a recording to say they are helping other customers. I have left urgent messages with no returned call or a way to reach them. I had to purchase other tickets. Update: yes, you did call my office number I had attached to my tickets, but your site said we would receive emails with tickets, therefore I did not give my cell number. But for the 2 hours I called leaving urgent messages with my cell was disappointing. You did call my cell number 2 hours later, but at this point I had to purchase other tickets while our two family went into the park without us. And the email you sent me was not an hour later, it was 2 hours later, I can forward the email with time to verify, which was around the same time you called me….just clarifying!!!! ******Customer service was helpful and refunded our money….so thank you.****** After no travel with COVID, this added stress was sad. But thank you again for refunding!!!!

Fast, efficient and reliable service! Tickets worked perfectly and also saved my family some $$ compared to the other sites out there. We will definitely be ordering from OTC in the future. Thank you, Lisa!

Read the fine print, every bit of the website. If you order on a weekend you have to wait between 24-72 hours to have the tickets electronically available. Go figure. No way to get answers and deal with issues if it’s a weekend as they are closed. Getting a refund is challenging. Will never use this again.

I purchased three day PTP for universal tickets from this website. I had no problems using the tickets and were the cheapest. I used the tickets this past February vacation in 2018. I would buy again from them.
