One of the hottest last weekends of the summer. I looked forward to the baby pool and had my baby ready in sunscreen and a swimdiapsuit,.. just to find out that - the toddler pool is closed... but not only that -the race slide is closed -the body slide is closed There is little shade and it's taken unless you rent a space ahead of time $$$. Why isn't there more shady areas!? It's mobbed, the only slide open that isn't in the deep end, has a line all the way to the ground. So let's have fun on the lazy river right? Madhouse Is anything orderly? Is anyone letting anyone get out before they put their tubes down and hand it to the next person in line? Noo. It's a free-for-all with older kids jumping in front of families waiting patiently for tubes with little kids and it's mayhem trying to get in and out, congested all in one spot. Really? Super unhappy. They can do better than this. **update. Half an hour later they closed the main pool because of "debris" (poo?), so everyone ran to the deep end slides and the lazy river. Luckily, many people left and we had a chance to enjoy what was left of the park. They later opened the main pool an hour later.

Place was packed, no chairs left, but we found a nice spot in the grass to lay out our towels. A nice wide variety of slides, splash pads, pool types. This park seems to have it all. Some areas were closed at times due to lack of lifeguards. Snack bar was well run, and had decent food. We'll be back for sure.

It’s a fun facility with some cool stuff…but overcrowded and overpriced for having to stand in long lines. Definitely avoid Ottercove on weekends and holidays. The pools were so packed all you could do was sit. There were long lines of people simply waiting to get a tube for the lazy River. The kids had fun, but it’s not worth paying the money , definitely a one and done water park. We prefer Swanson pool. Pros *The lifeguards were attentive (You have to be with crowds like that) *Splash pads/sandpit are really nice- (but you can find those for free and other places) *slides are fun *multiple toddler friendly pools Cons Over priced/overcrowded This may be worth a visit on a quiet weekday, however not a park I would suggest if watching multiple kids by yourself.

Loved coming here with elementary age kids at “Twilight Hours” - less expensive and felt less crowded. The lifeguards were attentive and we felt safe even with all the fun features and slides. A perfect August evening.

This is one of the funnest water park around. Although there are numerous around the area and not as big as the famous raging waves it still has a great variety especially for the prices. They have multiple slides, lazy river, kids area, and a regular pool plus a lap pool . Lessons also available. Prices are great and special events do happen throughout. One of the best value is the twilight swim which is 2 hours of the entire park for a discounted price. The food area is basic but affordable with staples like hot dogs, pizza, nachos ,and plenty of treats and drinks. They close I believe 1 hour before park closing. Plenty of free parking and the additional park in the same area is available for regular play or sports .
