Party Kingdom

We recently had my two year old’s birthday here. It was absolutely amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend it 100% for children’s birthday parties!

This is a nice, clean, and organized place. I've been here a few times for kids' birthday parties. There are 3 rooms, 2 playing and 1 for food/ cake. They schedule it out and start right on time, so don't be late.

I am writing to express my disappointment following our recent experience at Party Kingdom, where we hosted a birthday party for my child. We booked the venue over a month in advance, informing them that we expected around 40 children. Despite this, we were provided with the smallest room available, which was incredibly inadequate for the number of guests. The room was so cramped that it was difficult to move around, and the children couldn’t even find a place to sit down to eat. Many parents had no choice but to stand outside the room. I am perplexed and frustrated by the lack of communication from the venue. We were not informed at the time of booking that this would be the only room available during our time slot. Having hosted birthday parties here before, I expected much better service for the price of over $1300. On a positive note, I appreciate the efforts of a male staff member who helped fix an item in the playground, for which we left a $50 tip. However, given this experience, we will not be returning to Party Kingdom for future events. I hope this feedback prompts some improvements in how bookings and customer expectations are handled.

reserved tickets for 3 people and came in friday and it was reserved for party’s? i thought weekends were party days went beach another week day happened the same thing i call before coming and they said leave your question and we will answer in a month .. im not waiting a month don’t come

Very good indoor playground for kiddos. Above average. However sitting chairs and tables are extremely limited.
