Environment: Based on the reviews, the environment can vary depending on the specific event and location. One negative review described employees as ridiculously rude and not caring for safety. However, another review from an event in Caldwell, Idaho, paints a different picture, highlighting a good selection of rides and games at the fair. It's important to note that the environment might differ significantly between various events organized by Paul Maurer Shows.

Services: Customer service experiences seem to be inconsistent. One reviewer reported a horrible experience with rude employees who laughed at a child who lost a phone. In contrast, another review praised specific employees, Leena and Cyndie, for going above and beyond to accommodate a family with a special needs child regarding wristband issues. They offered understanding, solutions for future visits, and even a refund, showcasing a willingness to make things right in certain situations. This suggests that while there might be issues with some staff, there are also employees dedicated to providing good service, especially when it comes to accommodating guests with special needs.

Features: Paul Maurer Shows offers a selection of rides and games typical of a traveling fair or carnival. The review from the Idaho event mentioned a good variety of these attractions. The company also demonstrates a capacity to accommodate guests with special needs, as seen in their willingness to find alternative ways for a child with sensory issues to wear a required wristband, suggesting flexibility and understanding in their operations.

Promotional Information: No specific promotional information is available in the provided reviews. So we took our kids to the fair today in Caldwell Idaho, the youngest of which is autistic. We bought wrist bands for everyone and immediately my youngest was trying to rip it off because of the sensory issues he has. We managed to keep it on the first part of the day but had to leave to go get cooled off and some dinner. We realized at some point that while he was in his stroller he had ripped the wrist band off and it was no where to be found. When we went back and explained we were told that without the other one they couldn't replace it. So we were pretty bummed since he had only rode a few rides before we had left earlier but understood their reasons and accepted it. So we decided we were just going to go home but I wanted to get the show information so I could try and connect and see if there was something more accommodating that could be done next year. That led us to Leena and thank God for Leena.. she went over and above to connect us with Cindy who is the manager so that they could make it right for us. She sent us to Cyndie who was also super understanding, happy, and eager to help us make it right. She refunded our money for the wrist band and explained all the other ways they can do the wrist band next time so he won't rip it off, like putting it through his belt loop, around his ankle, etc. I can not say enough what this meant to us and our family. Our end game was not to get money back, it was just to try and give some suggestions that would make it easier for the next family who had a special needs kiddo... but they already had those things in place, just be sure to ask and make it clear your child is special needs and needs accommodated. They are great, they have a good selection of rides and games, and most importantly they are honest and understanding. 100 out of 100 recommend!

They set up at a park and left trash everywhere. The staff look grumpy and bummed all the time (some smelling like cigarettes ) . Prices are very high aswell . The staff also had AirPods for in and on their phones the entire time not paying attention to the rides they are handling .

Went to their show in Granada Hills. It was fine, what you'd expect. My major issue is that the signs say there may be "some" rides with height or age restrictions. I bought $20 worth of tickets hoping to go on some rides with my 2 year old. But only one ride didn't have height restrictions, the Merry Go Round. I couldn't even go on the tamest rides holding her. When asked about it, all I got was a shrug. Wish they had more notice of what the requirements are so I didn't just burn my money without any possible way to use the tickets.
