Very dirty. Cleaning the carpets and sanitizing should be normal routine every close . Disgusting place . Men’s bathroom was closed and in cleaning for 3 hours . Until I had to go under the rope to use it. Will never go to this place again . I’m in hospitality management , yes I’m going to say it like it is . My child’s health comes first.

My kiddo’s dream come true! Really enjoyed the experience as a parent tagging along as well. The only thing I’m a bit annoyed about is the overpriced merchandise at the gift shop. Found the same thing on Amazon marked down significantly lower and felt a bit gipped.

We bought a pass for the second time. It’s made clear on the website at least one adult is included with each child/pass (as was the case with our last pass) but when we got there they charged my husband and I about 8.00/piece to get in. Said it’s a new policy and that’s that and what can you do when you’re standing there with a toddler? I’ve never seen a filthier play place. This wasn’t always this way. Half of the things are broken in the house, there’s crumbs all over the floor, stains everywhere. Staff used to lightly monitor with walkthrough and i would assume videos. Now it’s nothing- pre teens were running rampant through the entire place. Yes, it’s the parents job to watch them, but they were knocking over babies and toddlers. We had to leave because of this. As you can see by the photo I posted, the floors are filthy. My kids socks were ruined.

I should have listened to the reviews. Not sure where to start. A family of 5 should not cost 77.33. Very expensive for what you get. When you first walked in, the machine for the picture was broken. We did not know because the lady standing by it was on her phone. After that, we went to the bathroom and OMG. It was the most disgusting bathroom I have ever been in. It was super wet. Paper towels all over the place. By far, it's super disgusting. The play area is very confusing. Kids have no shoes on. But the adults have their boots on. So the playing floor is filthy. I can see why people get sick. It was very crowded. But we did come on Saturday. But a lot of the stuff is very beat up. I would not complain. But the food is costly. And it should not cost us 77 dollars. And they need more spots for parents to sit.

I’m really disappointed with our experiences at Peppa Pig Place. It feels like every time we visit, there’s some new rule or change that ruins the fun. Just the other day, my daughter was told she couldn’t ride her bike, even though we’ve seen other kids doing it. It’s frustrating when the rules seem inconsistent. To make matters worse, they’ve introduced an annual pass, but it doesn't even include adults! What a ridiculous deal! It feels like they’re more interested in making money than creating a family-friendly environment.
