What a fun place! The snow tubing was an absolute blast—you go so fast! It’s convenient not having to walk back up since there’s a conveyor belt to bring you up. Be prepared for high speeds and an exciting crash into the beanbags below! While the hill doesn’t appear very high, you definitely reach top speeds. I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra for the snow area, as it’s not really snow—just ice. It wasn’t as enjoyable as expected, though ice skates might improve the experience. The candy shop was a huge hit with my son, offering so many delicious options. Overall, it’s a fun experience, but the cost feels a bit high for the limited time you get to enjoy everything. Still, we had a great time!

Had a freaking ball here with a group of 7 adults. We probably only did 30 minutes out of the hour (which I feel like you could totally offer a shorter time block during hours where there aren't any people). The slopes take you about 22 - 22 mph so be warned. WE LOVED IT!

I read some of the reviews before making a decision. The reviews were not consistent. So I decided to take my children . The best decision I made was taking them snow tubing. They had so much fun. The staff were super friendly and helpful with the purchase of the tickets. He explained everything that was needed to know about the place. They offer pictures of your self that are taking when tubing. There’s a waiting area for people that don’t want to tube and would like to watch their family snow tube. I will bring my kids back to snow tube here. Just make sure you sign the wavier on their website before you go. I did and no problems.

Amazing indoor snow play area for the Kids. Our kids of 10 year olds utilized the full hour of snow tubing. The 6 year old had amazing time in both snow tubing and the snow play area. The staff are friendly and supportive. The rest rooms are clean and well maintained. A must visit place in Smoky Mountains.

This was ridiculous. $10 for kids to play in iced floor with no pumping artificial snow . Looks like an ice skating ring for kids to play. Says no snow balls allowed... why else would kids play in snow? The only 2* reason is if you want snow tubing . I wouldn't let my 3 yr old go on that because the slide down is very fast and inconsistent turning and landing harsh on the bottom . Good for older older kids
