Pocolandia - The EPIC PlayPark!

I came here with my daughter and my son during our trip to the Poconos. While I would have preferred to do something outdoors, this place was excellent choice due to terrible weather. This indoor playground is within the mall and it's easy to get to. They opened early and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The playground has several different areas and a smaller one for babies. All of it was very clean. They also do events like for example a New Year party for kids, and obviously you can book for your own kids private events. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time here with our little one on a recent cold day in Stroudsburg. The play park was extremely clean and had so many fun toys, play structures, slides for all levels, and bounce houses. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Pocolandia for any family looking for fun indoor kids activities.

Was there yesterday and the kids had a blast. The person there was so nice and accommodating. You can tell she’s a mom! Love that there are local places to bring kids to for them to be kids! Highly recommend and want to tell the person there that the kids are asking when they can go back- they haven’t stopped talking about the nice lady and how much fun they had!

Pocolandia did an amazing job creating my sons first birthday. The venue was clean, and was set up perfectly. The decorations was so beautiful! The customer service was amazing and very professional. They met exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible experience when my mother tried to bring her grandchildren to visit Pocolandia on Sunday March 16. The woman at the counter was rude and disrespectful. First she yelled at the kids for going to the area where there is merchandise… (dumb move cause usually kids end up buying something) Then, as my mother is finishing filling out the forms the 2 year old walks over to the baby section and the woman grabs his arm and yanks him out of the area and yells at the kids and says these kids don’t listen! How disrespectful could you be. The place was empty and now you see why!! Whoever is running this place needs to change their employees to be patient and kid friendly. Kids are kids and anxious when taken to “cool” places wanting to just play as quick as possible. And employees should NEVER put their hands on children!!!
