Ripped off on at least half the swipes and many of the games were just not functioning at all. No food to be seen no people or staff at rides and no instructions. Expect to stop and go to the front to ask for service multiple times. Staff who we did make contact with were not very friendly nor care to be bothered. Not at all as advertised online drove an hour to bring a child on their birthday and we will never go back. Do not recommend.

I'll start by saying at least the place was clean and staff was friendly. That's the only reason they even get a star. There were over 29 machines that were out of service and not running. The kids train was down. The toddler area was open with no staff and some big kids went into the bounce house and ran over my toddler. I wouldn't be upset if I was told ahead of time that stuff was down but I wasn't. I spent over 150 bucks for my kids to play and we didn't even use all our play cards cause everything they like wasn't running. Very disappointed.

The bathrooms were not maintained. Half of the toilets wouldn't flush and NO SOAP! Honestly should have left when i saw this but thought we'd give it a chance. Most of the games were out of order or if they weren't the displays and/or sound didn't work. Ultimately a waste of time and money. Kids enjoyed the tilt-a-whirl, coaster and bumper cars other than that just yuck. Not sure how they are still in business.. :(

Great place to bring kids. Even have adult drinks. I would bring my kids there again due to all the activities. Although, they let my 13 year old nephew sign a wavier for several kids ages 9-13. Did not appreciate that at all! If something were to happen on go carts, and the adult did not sign the waiver, let let a minor do it, they would be paying for the medical bills.

It was a horrible experience we have been there over 10 times and today over half the games were broken we spend $100 for points and it was a rip off not enough staff to get on rides and nothing was open also the prize booth was closed! As a business owner I would recommend investing in fixing things asap or nobody will come!!
