This place is awesome! All of the plushies are great quality and the claw machines are very fair. The people that work here are amazing - so kind and so helpful. Christine made the experience extremely fun and exciting! Thank you so much I will be back!

Best claw machine spot in nyc! Plushies are fresh from Japan. Authentic (no fake imitation brands here) the employees are always helpful and supportive. I have won a couch full of plushies and I can’t stop myself. Help!

My favorite claw arcade ever!! I come here all the time and I love the staff and the plushies. Everything is authentic which is super rare for claw arcades in the US! Plus whenever you want to trade in a plush for a different one in the machine the staff is always willing to help. 10/10

Definitely love the ambiance, and the workers are very welcoming, helpful, work hard to keep things neat and are overall kind, so this is definitely not to come after them!! But the prices for, not even just the claw machines, but the trade in prizes as well are overpriced. Granted, you're getting authentic merch from Japan, but even then, $20 just to play the machines that practically don't drop anything makes it difficult to want to recommend this place. Even moreso when the claw machine prizes only count towards like 1 or 2 trade in points when the bigger rewards cost around 11-55 trade in points. That, and the app to activate the machines is slightly buggy. If you confirm your play, your credits on the app don't refresh right away, making you believe you have more credits than you actually do until you use it all up, so definitely beware of that and refresh the app entirely after each play. I'd fully recommend going to other nearby, claw machine arcades if you want to get a bang for your buck and actually win something.

An awesome gacha experience! While not cheap, the prices felt appropriate for the authenticity and quality of items/games. I wouldn't consider myself good at claw games, but I won a couple times! We also really enjoyed their macarons made into the shapes of pokemon with real fruit filling. If you don't like the prize you win, it can be easily exchanged for something of equal value which took a lot of the stress out of playing the games. Additionally, they have a shop below the main area where you can trade items, points, or buy merch outright. All items appeared to be authentic and in great condition with friendly staff to answer questions and attend machines. To make the most out of your experience, I'd recommend saving up a bit so you can spend a few hours on the games and get a decent amount of tokens.
