Pump It Up Blackwood Kids Birthdays and More

I’m so glad I went with my kids birthday party here. Everyone was friendly and the party ran smoothly. There were a lot of cute things included that I didn’t expect like a tug-of-war and dance party with disco type lights. The birthday kid even gets a cool crown & birthday sticker that lights up. They also do a hype entrance from a side door for the birthday kid while all of their friends clap like they’re a celebrity. I wish the facility was more visible from the road, but my understanding is they are in a current legal process to be able to display more clearly. However, I can confidently say that my kids and their friends will never forget today. And best part is… I didn’t have to clean up! Great experience!!!

We have had an excellent time both as guests and as a party family. The party coordinators are great and everything always moves smoothly; our children leave happy and tired! The facilities are clean, safe, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Totally worth every penny we spent!

I cannot recommend Pump It Up if Blackwood enough! We had such a great party from start to end. Teresa was with us in the bounce rooms and was super attentive making sure all of our guests were playing safe and having fun. She kept all our little wild children engaged the whole time! Once in the party room, Ian and Bree were fabulous. The presents were displayed nicely, our cake was handled with care and the kids loved the special entrance for my girls! Super professional staff and organization all around. Extremely happy.

I booked an event through this company and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First of all, the customer service is nonexistent. I tried calling multiple times with important questions leading up to the event—not once did anyone answer the phone . It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to finalize details and can’t get in touch with anyone. When I finally did manage to get through, I was met with rudeness and no real help. It felt like they had no idea what was going on with my booking. There was zero communication, no updates, and no sense of responsibility from anyone on their team. The lack of professionalism and organization made the whole experience incredibly stressful. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking to plan a smooth and successful event. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later.

What a WONDERFUL experience. From the party planning to the actual day of the party. Shirley was so responsive and made the planning process so easy. You can just tell that she “cares” and I wasn’t just any other party. Once we arrived we were welcomed by Jacob who was such a big help. They stored my balloons, decor and cake. We choose to do the glow in the dark arena and I highly recommend it, makes it so much more fun. Decorating the room was super easy and managed very well. THANK YOU Pump it up at Blackwood for giving my son the best birthday experience. Jadiel had the best time ever!!
