Pump It Up Frisco Kids Birthdays and More

We had a December Birthday celebration & Christmas gift exchange with our kids & grand kids at the Frisco Location. I have been to other Pump it up locations before, but this location is the cleanest with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever been to! The manager, Logan, is very knowledgeable and makes the check-in and check out process simple. The party attendants Kate and Emma were so helpful that we did not have to worry about anything! This was by far the best Pump it up location I have experienced.... and being I am a mom of 5 & I have 8 grandkids... I have experienced multiple locations!

Excellent service, hands down I've ever received and I feel like I will be returning again. The process from start to finish was SEAMLESS. They had several packages and add-on options to make the party pop. My son and his friends really enjoyed the bubbles and the glow in the dark feature. My party hosts were excellent and very hospitable from start to finish. I barely had to lay a finger and son thoroughly enjoyed his 7th birthday. We will definitely be back and highly recommend pump it up for birthday parties, especially indoor ones in the winter!

Wonderful party experience!! My 5 year old had a blast. The only things I would offer as constructive feedback would be maybe a little longer in the play area and a little less time in the party room. 45 minutes in the party room felt 15-20 minutes too long and the kids wanted to go back and play more! But otherwise loved everything, the place was clean, the staff were very helpful but not obtrusive, and the digital camera photos were a fantastic retro party vibe.

We had a birthday party here last year. It was very good, so we chose this place again this year. However, the service this year was very poor, which made me very disappointed. I don’t want to come again next year. The staff told me on the phone that the room for 25 kids is a big room, the big room we used last year was given a small room for us this year, and they explained that the number of kids in the two rooms was the same, but there was no place for the parents to stay, and some were standing outside the room!!Two staff were giving the pizza, and no one was giving drinks. The kids were thirsty after playing for so long. In the end, it was our parents giving drinks to kids!!The water I brought was not placed on the table, still placed at the bottom of the shelf. In the end, I bring it to the table by myself!!Last year, the arrangement was very good. One person give the pizza and the other give the drinks. When we finally checked out, we asked the manager why the room they gave us was different from the one we booked. He first explained that our party was at 4:00,and only at 4:30 could go to the big room. Finally, he explained that we should ask for a big room. Regarding the room, they put the responsibility on us!!However, when we made the reservation, it was said that 25 kids would be in a big room. We were not happy with the service and asked for a discount. The manager said that he couldn't handle it and had to ask the owner. Finally, he said that the owner traveled oversea and couldn't be contacted!! I was very dissatisfied with their room arrangements this year. The reservation was different from the actual one. The final explanation was also far-fetched. I hate inviting people like this. the parents were no space to stay and need stand outside the room!!!!😑😑😑😑

Kids had blast on a birthday party. They played and enjoyed every second spent there. Support staff was very good and even though I was not the host but could see everything was well planned and staff was thinking ahead all the time. Loved kids having so much fun and enjoying a well planned birthday party. Pizza can be better.
