Pump It Up Great Neck Kids Birthdays and More

We had previously celebrated a friend's childs birthday here, but didn't review it, this time around, my daughter celebrated our grandson's 4th bday. Anyway, there is a waiting area where you wait for your initial room to be ready. They have different size rooms available, you go from area to area and each area has activities for the children, mostly slides and bouncy setups. Keep an eye on time, ask where you want any delays to be applied. If you were supposed to start at 3pm, and they are not ready for you, that delay should be reflected somewhere. Apply to time to the eating room, you will need the time. Staff is efficient, maybe a bit too much, we didn't know they were going to start singing, it caught us off guard. If you have any old people, they won't appreciate the hurrying. Clean place, they need more activities like the air hockey or something for non-kids to do while their kids run around. They cut the cake for you, which is nice. Not sure on the prices, but you settle up at the end, parking is ok. The place is a little hidden... Kids will have fun, parents may feel rushed. If attending one of these places, show up on time to maximize your(the kids) fun time.

We had very dissatisfying experience at this place. The kids activities were fine, but the staff attitude towards their customers was rather disappointing. The staff was not friendly and couldn't wait for everyone to get out as soon as the party was over. They refused to accept our food order through their menu and told us to order from outside, because apparently they had to be notified 2 days in advance. At their instructions we ordered food ourselves from the very same restaurant they use, but at the end of the party they charged us additional $25 for each tray of food (total of $100), because the food was not ordered through them and came from "outside". To make the matters worse, they charged us additional $50 for getting out of our assigned party room 15 min late. What a rip off!!! It made us feel like this place is looking for an excuse to rip off their customers. We are never coming back to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. Thankfully there are plenty of other places where we can celebrate our kids' birthdays in the future.

Was invited to my friend's son 2nd birthday! My 2 teens had fun. The bouncy entertainment was great...even adults were having a good time with their kids. The place was clean and the glow in the dark section was a nice touch.I would definitely recommend.

This place don’t really care about the customers, they rush you out for the second you start your party, employees looking at the clock every second, they said hang your jackets in every room but then you have to go back and forth with them. Because they are not allowed to move the hanger rack I was looking for my coat for 10 minutes, and they have this games that obviously you have to pay cash on every room that distract the kids from the party, and the machine don’t even allow them to win prices to make the experience a total disaster for the kids and parents looking for money when you are already paying to be there. I won’t recommend this place if you want to have a good experience.

The location is convenient with lots of parking. The place itself is kept clean. The kids at my party definitely enjoyed themselves. I just felt like the whole process was a little rushed. They only give you 30 minutes to jump in each of the two rooms. It creates a little confusion with kids missing shoes and etc. Also they only let you use the party room for 45 mins. I felt very rushed and had to rush my guest out to leave. They need to give more time in the party room. Most kids birthday places give you one hour in the party room. They also started our party 10 minutes late, even though all our guests arrived on time. They promised to give us those extra 10 minutes in the second jumping room, but they still rushed us out of there exactly on time. The staff that work there are all very nice and helpful. But they should really allow more time in between parties for the guest to be able to fully enjoy themselves and not rush them out so quickly. I really liked that they offered a Kosher option for kids pizza.
