Excellent place for kids to play. The place offers a unique feature where the home play area is reserved for the birthday event. Weekends exclusively for birthday parties and week days are for open play.. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had such a great experience! From the start, John was so helpful! He was so kind and so helpful throughout the whole event, he was very attentive to all of our needs! He kept checking in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was so nice not to stress about the set up/clean up and ever the cutting of the cake! It was great! Our little boy loved every second and so did all of his little friends! We had other parents loved it and thinking of doing their parties there!

Celebrating for the 1st time here at Pump it up in Van Nuys of my daughter's 2nd birthday. Everybody had a blast especially the birthday girl. I was really happy especially I was able to bring some food and drinks from outside without charging me extra also the staff was assisting us was a great help. Worth the money!! Totally highly recommended🙌 By the way it is a new under management👌

Although our personal experience was average, 3 starts I am giving it 4 starts, because you can make it good if you follow this tips: 1. Be sure to pay extra to get to Glow Room, it’s fun and kids loved it. 2. Bring your own decorations - table cloths with your theme, plates and napkins, and whatever you may need, they Do Not Provide any of that, even if you think they do, when they ask you for a theme and a character for your party and say that they provide everything and you will end up with nothing but plain Costco plates and old naked tables with no tablecloth of any kind. 3. Bring your own speakers if you want some music on the room where you will spend one hour out of two hours of your experience. The TVs in those rooms don’t work and there is no music. 4. Specify to your host/hosts that you like them to be with your party the whole time (we had to keep asking to turn on the music in the room where kids jump, as the music seem to be turning off after every song or two). We also had to serve our pizza on our own when people ate the first slice. 5. Specify that you want them to serve the pizza Hot, so they don’t order it too early. (Ours was ice cold). Order at least 1-2 extra pizzas right away, in addition to whatever is included with a package and go with more cheese and less pepperoni. 6. Specify right away that you need help with carrying the presents to your car in the end of the party. 7. If you adding a character to your package specify that you want them to engage with kids a lot, not just walk around in the costume, if that is what you want. Overall, the place was very clean, the staff was super friendly and kids had fun, but had i known this tips ahead our experience Could have been sooooo much better and more fun. You get what you pay for, it is affordable and can be good if you add some touches.
