Pump It Up Webster Kids Birthdays and More

We had a great time at Pump It Up! Would definitely recommend! The service is great! The kids had a great time! Deduction of a star comes only from four plastic cake carvers breaking while cutting and serving cake. I had to extract the tiny pieces of plastic from the cake, before handing it over to the children. So maybe bring your over cake carver. But kudos to them for supplying most of the decorations. Love the place.

What an amazing place to have a memorable birthday party for your kid, it's super clean and organized. The staff is amazing and so cooperative. We had a blast there celebrating our friend's son's birthday. I'll definitely consider it for my kids birthday as well. Great job 👍🏽

My son had a birthday party here recently. The idea and setup is perfect for kids that are old enough to play with their friends but are not totally independent. Think 5-12 years old. It's like a kiddie rave 🥳 The party planners are amazing and handle set up/take down with no problem.

I cannot say ENOUGH about this place!!!! The ease of having a birthday party for young kids here is SMOOTH! The party helper I had was amazing and she literally took care of all the important stuff such as making sure the kids were rounded up when needed,taking photos,handing out pizza and ice cream,cleaning up,etc! I never felt so much ease even though our party was packed! The rooms are very big and I love the fact of them having picnic tables put together so placing table covers over them was easy! Decorating didn't even take me 20 minutes! The reason for me picking this place was because it was PRIVATE..meaning not a lot of parties mixing together,and parents having trouble keeping up with their kids. They are on a tight schedule which I loved! Make sure to come with socks. OH and yes us adults got in their and slide down the huge slides and bounced around LOL👀🤣

We have always loved Pump It Up because of the clean inflatables and private rooms for playing. However, the most recent party we had here was the most frustrated I’ve ever been. Communication was extremely lacking. My confirmation email said I could set up for the party 20 minutes before. When we showed up 20 minutes before our party, we were told we had to wait until party time (9:35am) although we were the only people in the building. When the party started, I tried to go set up the room and I was told I had to wait until 10am. At 10am the party decorator told me I had to leave the room and wait 10 minutes before I could keep setting up. By that time I was extremely frustrated. None of these rules made sense and they were not communicated to me ahead of time. The email should contain the correct information and the manager should give the correct time.
