PUPS OF WAR (Freehold Raceway Mall)

We visited this place for a birthday party. Not only is it a rip off, the way they spoke to me as a guest was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional!!!! The owner watches on camera from somewhere other than the location; manages employees over the phone and over charges for everything. They demand you to buy their socks yet have warped mats that are severe tripping hazards. Highly do not recommend! UPDATE since owner would like to state one sided story and NOT how unprofessional both himself and employees are! The host didn’t sneak food in but was unaware of policy! The sandwich tray was NOT EATEN yet he still charged for violation. They “order” food yet refuse to disclose where it comes from even when host stated that there is a food allergy concern! The pizza was horrible and children were throwing up! Socks were given but as I was feeding a newborn baby the employee screamed in my face demanding me to put them on! There is no “corporate” yet owner name is Dan! This place needs to be shut down! I tripped on the floor wearing the mandatory socks because they are warped! My kids and hopefully others will NEVER be back!

Went here for a birthday party, a grown man from another party with a four year old in tow was calling the kids names, shooting at heads and took a weapon from a child (again, not in his party!!) A staff member did separate the parties after complaints, to her credit and was apologetic hence the 2 stars. We will not be back, but if you host a party, spring for the “separate rooms”. I did not think that adults would be able to yield weapons against children no matter the price of the party. The staffer told me it would be significantly more to separate the parties…. So my kid gets to be harassed by a 30 something year old man because you want more money for a net down the middle? A net!!!! We even overheard another family from another group (a little girl in a wheelchair no less) complaining about him on the way out to the car!! I hope someone from that party reads this for a reminder of what a loser they invited and maybe the establishment can monitor the “child’s play” a bit more closely. Ugh.

What an awesome experience! We had our daughter’s 10th birthday party here and the kids had a blast! I don’t remember the ladies’ names but they were very friendly and organized. I will definitely recommend Pups of War for a birthday party 🥳

My kids had such amazing experiences that they wouldn’t stop talking about it and the fact that I was able to join them and have fun well supervising them was awesome. Staff was amazing and super nice(Gina).Looking forward on coming back soon.

DON'T COME HERE FOR BIRTHDAYS. DAN IS HORRENDOUS. Horrible. Came for my son’s birthday party, ordered kosher meals for religious reasons and they gave me PORK in my pasta. The workers were fine, but when I talked to the supervisor on the phone he proceeded to SCREAM at me on the phone while I was talking to him nice and professional. Thanks a lot DAN. He was extremely rude to me on the phone and my guest had to eat at 8:15 (party ended at 8:30), my sister had to go get pizza for the guest with HER WON MONEY because the pasta they gave us had pork. He then proceeded to tell me that I only ordered kosher for the pizza, the reason for that is that it didn't say on the menu that the pasta had meat in it, so I didn't think i would order kosher for it. I was his job to ask me if meat was okay in my pasta. I was trying to be considerate with DAN on the phone and he did not let me speak once. Every time I tried to speak, he would cut me off and scream over me. I never got refunded for my pasta that he got wrong. He made it seem like it was no big deal and he told me that my diet would be fine but it’s for RELIGIOUS REASONS. He made it seem like it was my fault that HE got my order wrong. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. I will NEVER be coming here again.
