Customers consistently praise the "great rides," with options ranging from "body slides to raft slides." The variety of slides ensures that there is something for everyone, from those seeking mild thrills to those looking for more adventurous experiences. The "wave pool" and "lazy river" are also popular attractions, providing opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The park is described as "great" for family outings, with customers enjoying the opportunity to have "so much fun with family members and friends." The availability of attractions for "babies, kids, teenagers or adults" makes it a versatile destination for diverse groups.

The "food was really yummy," with customers specifically mentioning the "chicken tenders and fries and double cheese burgers" as being "really good and tasty." The "refillable Rapid coolers" are also considered a budget-friendly option for drinks.

The lifeguards are commended for being "attentive and always very attentive of all guests," contributing to a safe and well-organized environment. Customers also appreciate the "well organized place" and the efficient management.

Parking is described as a "breeze," with "plenty of parking" available. The parking fee is $20 at the gate, with a slightly cheaper option available online.

One notable downside is the long wait times for rides on weekends, with customers reporting waits of "40-60 min in line." It is recommended to visit on weekdays or bring "patience" when visiting on weekends. Also the beer and alcohol stand closed early, which some customers disliked.

The "surf wave pool" being closed was a disappointment for some visitors.

Customer Reviews

Rapids Waterpark is great. Great rides, great lifeguards and concession stands. Went yesterday and had a great family time. So many rides to choose from, from body slides to raft slides. Went on all of them. It was great having so much fun with family members and friends. The wave pool was amazing, the lazy river was nice too. We went on the green slide, the white and blue, we even went over a bridge to ride the white and black ride. I was sad to see that the surf wave pool was closed. I really wanted to ride it. The food was really yummy. We ordered chicken tenders and fries and double cheese burgers. Everything was really good and tasty. We bought the refillable Rapid coolers which came out budget wise really good. The only downside is that they closed the beer and alcohol stand in my opinion very early, like two hours before park closing. I think they should be open at least close to park closing time. But everything else was great. Kudos to management for having such a well organized place. All the life guards were attentive and always very attentive of all guests. The parking was a breeze. Plenty of parking at $20 at gate and online it’s a little cheaper. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome day spent there! There are many options for a good time for babies, kids, teenagers or adults. You can go mild or wild on the rides. The only downside is that I was waiting for a long time in line for the rides. So, avoid going there in weekends. But if you do, take some patience with you and be ready to wait for 40-60 min in line.

Seasons pass holder with my son. Amazing fun. One of the best activities for a child and parent. Free parking with the pass plus you get a discount on food, cabanas and you can bring a guest for free. Highly recommended very big waterpark with so much to do.

Reasonable price and fun for everyone. It is a small water park compared to themed amusement parks but decent size. We bought the season pass which is worth it if you plan on going more than once. It can get busy so wait time for rides can be longer than 30 minutes and some rides were not open when we visited during the Memorial holiday. We were able to get on all the rides in a 3 day span, the rides that were open. No outside food other than water and they have picnic areas where you can store your coolers but this is outside of the park. Parking was reasonable $15-30 and they have a package online which includes parking and 10% off food for a little bit more money than the regular season pass. I didn't give it 5 stars because customer service is important and it's lacking that an example I asked staff if I could use my phone to pay for food vs money or an actual card she said yes but then forgot to tell me they were closed when I went to another line to place an order so when I was ready to start my order that staff told me they were closed! Lastly, check the hours of operation, I think they close early not sure if there is a law regulating hours of operation but 7p is early compared to other establishments visited while in FL.
