Rockin' Jump - Dublin, OH

We’ve had so many birthday parties here over the years, and today’s was the best! Everyone is always nice, but today everyone was also very helpful and attentive. We had a great check in experience, and the kids loved jumping. We got a private dodge ball game, and the attendant was so good - set up the game, made sure to keep other kids out, and helped keep “score”. Usually, our party host is there for the pizza and that’s it. Emily was amazing! She helped me as we were getting the room set up, kept checking on me, made sure the pizzas were on time, and helped serve. It made things so much more smooth. We will be back! Totally worth the price.

We had an amazing time hosting our child’s birthday party at Rockin' Jump Dublin! The kids were non-stop smiling and had a blast with all the activities. The space was clean, safe, and full of energy. Special thanks to our host Adriana—she was incredibly helpful, organized, and so kind with the kids. She made everything run smoothly so we could relax and enjoy the party. The setup was perfect, and cleanup was a breeze thanks to her. Definitely recommending this spot for birthdays!

Griffin is an outstanding team member at the trampoline park! He’s always welcoming and friendly, making sure everyone feels comfortable and excited to be there. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, he greets you with a smile and is more than happy to help with anything. His positive energy really enhances the experience, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great time. Highly recommend visiting if Griffin is around!

Overall the facility is fun for kids. Lots of fun options and activities. I don't normally write bad reviews but there was a serious lack of management and direction. We went during Dublin spring break so I understand the hardship in having enough staff and that there are a lot of people there but it was just a mess from a managerial view. While there, I asked a staff member if the rock wall was open, I asked 3 different staff members and they all said if you can find someone to do it it is, go find someone in a gray shirt that says staff and ask. I finally got to one staff member who maybe was a manager or at least managing that day, he shouted over to another staff member at the counter if the Rock wall was open and she said that x employee who just walked in could do it. He responded that the x employee had to to consessons . They basically argued and then he just left. No word to me, a customer , who had patiently and nicely asked. It would have been fine if he had turned to me and said something along the lines of "I apologize the Rock wall is not open at the moment". But no he walked away. They were very understaffed and no one seems to be in charge. All the young workers were trying to do their jobs but seriously lacked any type of management or guidence on what to do. I would not let my kids work here or play here. I understand being busy and struggling. I have worked as a manager at a trampoline park. But this was ridiculous. It felt like no one knew who was in charge or what to do or who to ask. I could tell most of the young employees were trying their best but no chain of command or leadership made their job that much harder. It's just a bad accident and lawsuit waiting to happen unfortunately. The young staff could use some guidence. They seem kind and sole looked just as confused as I was about who was in charge.

Griffin was AMAZING!!! I am so used to doing everything and it was nice to have a party host as caring and kind as he was!!! He was phenomenal with the kids and I so very grateful we got to have the experience with him!!! Thank you so much griffin! 😊
