Overall thoughts: we love this park! No woodchips, lots of shade and REAL BATHROOMS! SWINGS? Yes, plenty of options, see posted photo. PLAY STRUCTURE FOR BIG/LITTLE KIDS? Yes! One for each! SHADE? Yessssss! Lots! DISTANCE FROM PARKING LOT TO THE PLAYGROUND? Right next to it, no long path to get to the playground. TABLES OR GAZEBOS? Loads of tables and a gazebo nearby. BENCHES? Soooooo many benches. BATHROOM? A real brick and mortar bathroom! WALKING PATH? A couple that walk by the park. OPEN AREA? Beyond the park, yes, but not immediately by it. BUSY/LOUD STREET? No busy street to run into, but you can hear the highway.

Park at its best with lots of play opportunities for kids of all ages. Nice , clean and well maintained, love the mama and baby swing. Just beside the lake and it has a nice pier also , we enjoyed the sunset from here. Kids enjoying their play time ag it's best. The zipline is also an attraction here. There is also a shaded picnic area with benches. Extra benches are around the park. Clean restroom and enough parking. And you can visit it for free. whats more enjoy the park .

Beautiful this time of year. Easy walking trail. It should be noted that one side is crosstown 62 so there is noise. The park was crowded. The equipment for the children is in great condition. There are benches for adults to sit on. There are flowers that have musical notes for the kids to play with which I have never seen before very fun. There is frisbee golf available and pickleball courts. Pool is closed this time of year.

Very well kept park by the city. It's more of a recreational park than a place to go for a walk. The trails are nice and surrounded by lush greenery, however, the area for walking isn't as big as some of the other city parks. It is however a great option for water recreation as the water park looked pretty good with lots of families visiting on a friday evening. Also, a covered picnic area is there. There's also a lake rejoining the park with it's own walking trail.
