Round1 Bowling & Arcade Burbank Town Center

Great place for family entertainment. It has Bowling, TVs for sports events. Beer and Wine. With an amazing selection of arcade gaming for all the die hard gamers who still love the arcade. It is missing the retro games such as Mortal Kombat and Marvel Vs Capcom. It has treet Fighter. I do have one suggestion Round 1. How about special Cards for autistic or disabled people so they can feel like they are playing the game as well. In which ex. The game maneuvers for them.

Great 1st time experience. Jennifer was a great attendant before and during games. She is a life saver as there was an error on our game set up and she was able to correct it. Very helpful and attentive.

Usually I love going to round one. I thought it was the best arcade until this last time I went (2/21/25). I am 21 with a valid Real ID card, but I do look young for my age. When I tried to purchase a drink, I was told by the lady with curly, blond hair and glasses that the machine to check the IDs wasn’t working and asked me to step to the side. Immediately followed by the people next in line, IDs being swiped and accepted right away. A lady with a blue bow in hair and a black long sleeve took my ID to the back for several minutes. When she came back out, she told me that actual IDs are supposed to have a picture in the back ( that’s not true). I was taken aback and said “ are you calling my ID fake? “ then kindly asked her if she can check again because I know it’s authentic. She then said she was going to take it to her manager, in which my ID was taken to the back again. It made me nervous, because even if employees who can’t properly check IDs don’t think my ID is real, it is and I actually need it to get to places :/ so I was scared they were gonna keep it. She came back out and said she was not able to double check my card and she also said she couldn’t feel the signature on my ID. I felt my signature and I pointed it out to her, to which she said “ yeah well, we can’t”. I’m not a person to cause a commotion, so situations like this are new to me. I left after, because it wasn’t worth it because it was kinda clear to me that this was just trouble with employees. Maybe I should’ve done more but this was too much. ( happened between 6:30pm-9:00pm) I didn’t get names but my friends are encouraging me to do so. This situation really bummed me out, because of how it was handled.

A perfect plan to hang out with friends. The place is great, there's plenty of balls available, and you have multiple preset games to choose from. Highly recommended.
