Round1 Bowling & Arcade

I've been here numerous times with my family and just now leaving a review. We went Saturday evening, they have security, I saw lots of couples and the place was packed with children. There's a variety of games and we enjoyed our time there. Our children need to have fun, and safe places to go like this.

This is a very good place for kids and young adults. Some of the games were not operational but there are plenty of other games to hold your attention. The best way to describe this place is between D&B's and CC. There's bowling as well as air hockey and table tennis games you can play. It's great for kids with autism and it's not too distracting. I haven't tried the food here but you are in the mall so you have a variety of choices.

There were lots of good games to play. The only issue is a lot of them were out of order which was disappointing. We went on Easter Sunday so it wasn’t extremely packed or anything. The staff that we spoke to was friendly. We attempted to play two games, and neither one of them worked. I had to go to the desk to get our money added back. They also must have been understaffed, because a lot of things were closed. For an example the ice cream section.

My daughters loved our first time here. They played arcade games. The prices for bowling, karaoke and food were reasonable. I did order ice cream cones for .99. The coffee flavored ice cream was tasty. The restrooms were deplorable and most were out of order. The food/bar staff was unattentive and lackadaisical. The attendant that helped load my game card was helpful. The only reason we will go back is because my kids enjoyed it. Other than that, we will use the restroom before we go and not have any beverages until afterwards.

Stopped selling and reloading cards almost an hour before closing. We were told they already pulled the drawers for the night. Whats the point of of closing at 12am if you stop allowing people to play games at 11:15pm?? And then all the machines mysteriously stopped working at 11:35pm... again they close at 12
