Round1 Bowling & Arcade Park City Center

Service was a little slow to start, but once they got a manager that knew what was going on.Everything was really well.And the manager did a great job. He got everything together for our party. We really enjoyed our time there, and our little girl had a blast. Is we will definitely be returning

Me and my Family had a blast at Round 1. This wqs our very 1st time here and I would recommend it to anyone tbh. It has everything for a Family to enjoy for hours..... Arcade Bowling Trampoline I'm probably missing some stuff but you truly cant go wrong going here for a good time.....🥰💯

I had my son's birthday party there today, and I wasn't too impressed. The lady that was supposed to be my host went to break as soon as I got there! No one told us that the cards had a time limit. I spent more time at the Guest Services desk, because I had so many questions, with it being our first time. I paid for the All Inclusive package, didn't get a group photo and the VIP bowling lanes weren't the "immerse lanes" that I paid for. The best part of the package, it's all you can eat. There wasn't even a trash can in the room to throw trash, I had to ask for a trash bag, napkins and cups. They were supposed to supply the utensils. If planning a party, be sure to take your own stuff. It felt very unorganized and at the end, the cashier tried to charge me extra. Thank God for mental math and the manager. They should have the host stay in the party rooms and everything should be explained ahead of time. I feel the amount of time I spent at the services desk, I should have been compensated with added on time. This place is over rated.

This place seems so u organized and needs new management. They have one guy on the bar, 2 people on fryers and 20 people waiting for food it was absolutely terrible and unrealistic. Then they’re doing orders OUT of order as well. And then on top of that you get free refills yeah but the gotta ask the guy behind the BUSY counter. I honestly felt bad for the employees. Then when I get my food, i didn’t get the sauce or salad that was supposed to come with it, I ordered a large order for chicken ($18!!!) and they have me a size small and when I confronted them they insisted it was a large I was just so done with the chaos I took my food and left. It tasted great but holy cow it was honestly ridiculous I had to ask for my drinks too cause they don’t come with my order. You need a bigger kitchen and more workers for the amount of customers in your facility…. Fast food shouldn’t take an hour to get out of a kitchen

I would give a zero. Me and my wife paid for a birthday party. The party was to be 2 hours. They were to bring our soda and pizza.instead my wife had to go and get the soda a the pizza by the way they forgot our pizza so we did not get our pizza until 15 minutes before the party ended and they did not give any money off the party cost $350. The staff was rude and very ignorant never will go again also pizza is horrible
